The best that Vermont has to offer! Our family cabin -- an arboreal oasis only 14 mins from Okemo and close to Magic, Bromley, and quaint Chester. Skiing, hiking, swimming holes, are all within a short drive. Walk to the VAST trail system.

Blending the best of old and new, this cozy cabin features antique furniture (but new mattresses and bedding), super fast WiFi, screened in porch, sleeping porch with two additional beds, a Solo Stove fire-pit, and more. Soak in the clawfoot tub, roast marshmallows over the outdoor fire pit, or enjoy your coffee on a deck overlooking the private stream!

All are welcome. LBGTQ+ friendly.

This location could not be better. For skiers/boarders, you're close to Okemo, Magic and Bromley (downhill) and the Viking or Okemo nordic centers. You can also ski, snowshoe, or hike in the VAST trail system, a short walk from your front door!

There are myriad hiking options as well, but just heading out your front door on the dirt road is hard to beat!

Ludlow offers the shops and amenities of a ski town, and Chester is the idyllic Vermont village of a story book.

Great cabin
We had a lovely time staying here and skiing Okemo. It’s a short drive to the mountain or a 30 minute drive on better roads. The property was as advertised and we enjoyed exploring the woods one day.

Fly Fishing & Exploring Historic Sites
The cabin is nestled on a beautiful piece of property in a wooded landscape. A great place to unwind and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere that surrounds you inside and outside of the cabin. Enjoyed exploring the local surrounding towns and historic sites. Great fly fishing!

Great stay, wish we could have stayed longer
My wife and I stayed for our anniversary. Property was immaculate with many antiques inside. Beds were very comfortable. Outside there was a nice firepit and a little brook that ran thru the property. I would definitely come back

Beautiful cabin!
This is a wonderful cabin in the middle of beautiful southern Vermont. This is an excellent choice either for a couple's getaway or a family vacation. There are plenty of activities for kids inside and out with swings, a mini zipline, board games, and puzzles. The cabin is furnished with beautiful antiques, yet has all the modern touches for comfort (good beds and sofas, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, and a well-stocked kitchen,) giving it a homey feel like you're staying at a friend's house instead of in a rental. The deck by the stream is about as peaceful and relaxing as you can possibly get. The Wi-Fi works great. (Turn on Wi-Fi calling on your phone if you want cell phone service.) Ludlow and town conveniences are about 15 minutes away. We loved staying here and hope we can come back soon!
