The heater in the room was turned off from 0am to 5am in November. It was cold.

従業員が感じがよく親切だった。ホテルの室内滞在中は、無料wifiが時々使えないことがあったが、その点を除けばロケーションも良く、また利用したい。

総合的に満足
アンドラバスターミナルから上りですが、歩けない距離ではない。 隣がホテル系列カフェ・レストランで食事には困りません。 客室内は普通でシャワーのみ。 フロントの方も親切に対応いただきました。

Hotel razoável
O hotel é muito bem situado, com quartos confortáveis e atendimento simpático. Mas tem problemas: água do chuveiro quase não esquentou (no auge do inverno), o café da manhã deixa muito a desejar, quarto perto do elevador sofre porque ele é barulhento e o convênio para estacionamento é sui generis - você pode estacionar 24h na garagem de uma loja em frente ao hotel, mas só não paga se a loja estiver aberta. Se sair, por exemplo, antes da 9h paga a tarifa normal.

OJO! CALEFACCIÓN DEFICIENTE!
Lo que viene siendo un clasico en los hoteles Andorranos, caros y obsoletos. De 3 noches, 3 visitas del técnico de la calefacción sin solucionar el problema. 3 noches con una temperatura de unos 18° en la habitación. Mientras, ellos van facturando. Una tomadura de pelo.

Miguel and the food and beverage team were outstanding. Front desk and housekeeping were awesome. The suggestion I have is get the Internet working better with much more band strength. Thanks to the entire team.

I wouldn’t do this review at all if the hotel didn’t give me any reason. The service was not that great. We initially booked for just one night and later on decided to stay another night. We advised the hotel right away that we booked another night thru Expedia, thinking it would make it easier for them not to move us to another room. Unfortunately, they had to move us to another room which basically inconvenient us. And by the way, we booked two sets of room. Also, the frontage of the hotel was great but rooms are outdated.

me parecio bien en general, muy atentos con la mascota, lastima de unos pequeños detalles que son faciles de subsanar como por ejemplo la tv estava desconectada y tuvimos que avisar y el secador del lavabo se parava por sobrecalentamiento

Prós x Contra
Pessoal do atendimento muito simpáticos. Conforto, cama com colchão desgastado e inclinado para um dos lados, causando um desconforto para dormir. No banheiro não havia sabão para tomar banho o recipiente estava vazio, item muito primário para um hotel. Falta de supervisão nos serviços de limpeza.

Clean but basic room. Doors tended to slam loudly given the acoustics of the hotel but that was a small thing. It would be good to offer at minimum a lobby coffee service in the morning (say, at 7AM ) for those of us who have to leave early. Very little was open in town, even at 8AM. There's a nice, elegant restaurant on site but we were surrounded by other places so dropped into the Italian spot right across the street.

This hotel was in an ideal location for my two night trip to andorra, walkable and convenient to shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly, and room was good for the price. Shower is very, very small.

Un bon pied-à-terre à Andorre-La-Vieille
Hôtel très agréable, où nous descendons chaque fois que nous allons en Andorre, bien situé dans le quartier historique, non loin du centre ville (env 20 min à pied), avec des entrées à 5 et 10 min par de longues montées vers le "Parc Naturel Urbain" qui surplombe la ville (le sentier "Rec Solar") : ça vaut vraiment la montée (env 15 min et la marche sur les hauteurs de la ville !)
