The hotel is beautiful and in a great location in the center of Cusco. Lenny gave us a fabulous welcome and 2 cups of coca tea when we arrived. The staff was fabulous and kept our suitcases for us while we hiked the Salkantay trail. Good breakfast and provided information and support for what where we needed.

LOVED OUR STAY HERE!
Very clean, neat, & the staff was absolutely fantastic!! Food was great! Oh the saunas were so so so relaxing.
The only reason I checked off the area outside of the property being unsafe is that Ecuador was under marshall law so we did not feel safe outside the hotel. BUT WE FELT TOTALLY SAFE & COMFORTABLE INSIDE!!!
Did I mention how friendly the staff were!!!!!

The breakfast was included with our booking and it was excellent. The fresh bread, fruits and warm stations were constantly replenished. Absolutely awesome place. I got upgraded because of Orbitz, so had a very nice big room. If you like light though, get a room with a view to the outside.
Things generally worked great and the staff was extremely kind and helpful if anything went wrong.
The wine and complementary platters were fantastic.
The food in restaurant was great. Thanks to the staff. Extremely well managed hotel.
