「I arrived to claim my reservation. Called front desk. I tell them I’ve arrived the lady hangs up, I sit outside the gate for 45 minutes waiting to be let in to claim my room and such, and no one arrived. I kept calling and would be ignored. Never got my room. Don’t waste your time. 」

「El chalet está muy bien localizado limpio y exactamente como están en sus fotos de promoción y yo diría que mejor pues las fotos no se pueden apreciar la flora y fauna que puede ver con una simple caminata por el jardín 」
