Close to shopping and food. so location was great. staff was terrible and rude. check in acted like I had inconvenienced her. there were 4 of us on the reservation, had 2 towel sets, asked 2 different times for extra but never got it. breakfast ends at 9am, ok i get it, but my child was filling a cup of orange juice when they came over and turned the machine off on him mid pour. the next day i saw someone getting cereal (the milk was right next to the dispenser) he set his now full cereal bowl and as he reached for the milk she took it out of reach and said 'we closed'. these were only a few interactions.
