Hotel room was extremely small, so small that i had no place for my luggage. I had to move my luggage to open the bathroom door every morning and evening! No room cleaning, towels on request. No complimentary water in the room on arrival.

Am ersten Abend hatte ich Kein Heizung, Heizkörper war Eiskalt. Der Mitarbeiter an der Reception war hat sich überhaupt nicht gekümmert um zu prüfen warum es keine Heizung im meinem Zimmer nicht funktioniert. Er war sowas von Frech, dass er sagte, dass wir sind nicht Dumm um 24 Std. Heizung ganze Zeit anzulassen!!! Am nächsten Tag hat der anders Mitarbeiter die die Frühstück bedient hat geholfen um den Thermostat zu wechseln! Zimmer wird nicht geputzt! Auch wenn man ausdrücklich gesagt habe.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war sauber und modern. Wir haben kein Frühstück gebucht, können also darüber nichts sagen. Gute Restaurants und das Zentrum erreicht man schnell zu Fuß. An der Rezeption wurden wir nett empfangen und bekamen nützliche Informationen!

Einmal und nie wieder

leider war das Zimmer schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, viele Dinge wie z.B Türklinken, Lichtschalter oder Toilettenpapierhalter waren defekt. Leider waren auch sämtliche Ablagen sehr verstaubt. Das Frühstück das 14,80 € zusätzlich kostet kann man sich sparen, harte aufgebackene Brötchen und fast keine Auswahl. Alles sehr lieblos und Unappetitlich angerichtet. Kann dieses Hotel absolut nicht weiterempfehlen.

Wir wollten ein einfaches Hotel zum Wandern. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig, die Lage gut. Das ganze scheint vor nicht zu langer Zeit renoviert worden zu sein. Aber bei uns waren die Klopapier halterung und die Duschstange schon lose, im Nebenzimmer die Bettlampen:-(. Der Verantwortliche im Hotel hat keinen Spaß bei der Arbeit! Wenn man ihn anspricht, stört man. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist überschaubar aber ok: etwas Emmentaler, etwas Aufschnitt, Obst, bisschen Cerealien. Allerdings steht alles nur in kleinen Portionen, nachgefüllt wird erst lang nachdem es leer wurde. Auch das Geschirr fehlte zeitweise Die Gäste warten darum ständig auf Nachschub. Am Wochenende war das etwas besser. Es ist also mächtig Luft nach oben!

Unfreundlicher und inkompetenter Empfang. Zimmer nicht wie auf dem Foto dargestellt. Räumlichkeiten sehr klein und vorallem unfassbar dreckig. Die Bettwäsche stank fürchterlich nach Rauch. Die Sanitären Anlagen wurden seit dem letzten Gast nicht gereinigt. Müll (Bierdeckel) lag auf der Ablage vom vorherigen Gast. Absolut keine Empfehlung dort eine Nacht zu verbringen.

Da weder Vormittags deutschsprachiges Personal noch eine der uns bekannten Telefonnummern erreichbar waren, da alle Nummern auf einen Anrufbeantworter geschalten wurden, der laut Ansage nicht abgehört wird, haben wir uns dazu entschieden, hier eine ehrliche Bewertung abzugeben. Der Fußboden vom Hotelzimmer war nicht gesaugt. Das Kopfteil vom Bett war abgeranzt. Die Toilette haben wir vor dem benutzen nochmal gereinigt. Die Badezimmertür und die Wand neben der Toilette waren vollkommen bespritzt (undefinierbar). Die Türklinke von der Zimmertür viel fast ab. Heute Morgen als wir duschen wollte, ging im ganzen Hotel kein Wasser! Kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort und auch nicht telefonisch zu erreichen! Das Frühstück ist keine 12€ wert! Schlussfolgerung: Das Hotel ist nicht weiterzuempfehlen!
