"The hotel has a unique architectural design which would make for a place of warmth and tranquility. However, the callous attitude of the front desk staff, especially the lady with purple hair, made the experience undesirable.
We were initially placed on the 4th floor by the purple hair lady who knew quite well that the wifi wasn't working on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. She scoffed at our request to have the issue addressed. Our persistence through highlighting our professional and post-graduate obligations eventually yielded a positive outcome and the room was changed.
At breakfast, coffee service would've been a rarity if Fabian was the only person serving; we were often ignored.
Thanks to Derly, Jeisson and Santiago for their courtesy and warmth.
The cleaning staff was also excellent attending to the room every day.
At checkout we were charged for consuming contents from the mini bar in the room. Note, we were never informed of this at check-in.
We spent 7 days receiving uncouth and unwelcoming behavior led by the lady with purple hair.
Whilst, I try to refrain myself from crying racism, I think it's best to serve my dark-skinned brothers and sisters, especially those who don't speak spanish, by saying, "Try another hotel."
I urge the management team to address these issues before it robs your hotel of the spectacular service the Radisson group is known for and strives to maintain, and tarnish the natural beauty and radiant colors of the Colombian experience."
