「I had the unfortunate situation when my Land Cruiser broke down in the challenging roads in Madagascar. I called Expedia but they were not much help. Expedia told the only way they could cancel was for them to contact the hotel. Knowing the challenges with calls in Madagascar, I told Expedia I would call myself as I am here in the country. Sandra answered right away and after I explained my situation told me she would consult with Oliver, the property manager the next day as it was almost 10 pm....

「Bait and switch.We were charged 2 days of breakfest even aftet showing the Expedia booking that showed included breakfast they still demanded we pay. They also said they would honor the Expedia price we previously paid $40 USD Per night(when we extended 2 night's) but on checkout said we had to pay double that per night. The wifi they claimed was good never worked even in the same room as the router.」
