「All was fantastic (grounds, staff, food, kids entertainment/facilities, range of premium drinks). Only let down was the shower room is practically level with the hallway and the water always escapes out so we end up with towels all outside the door. Despite this, we would still return as everything else was excellent.」

「All in all the Hotel is good. However it's not a 5 star. It's hard to put a finger on what's wrong cause on personal level you see the stuff works hard. The terriroty is vast, the main beach is long and satisfiying. However if you don't catch a seat early in the morning by 9 am it's hard to find an empty place there. More than 95 % of the guests are from the russian speaking countries, so stuff knows a word ot two in Russian. The wi-fi is good only if you're close to lobby - 50 metres or so...
