It was a beautiful and clean place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Colony Suites. It was clean, modern and conveniently located downtown Palmer. We would stay here again, next time we come to town.

Palmer Alaska stay

This was a great place to stay. Very clean and it appears recently updated through the entire place. In the middle of town so it is close to everything. The host was very nice a d communication was great. We are already planning another trip back with family. This is a highly recommended host and location

Cozy in November

Came up during cold weather and the rooms were very cozy, hot water is very hot, and all the comforts are provided. I stay at this property every time I'm visiting Alaska. 10/10 always!

Fantastic studio with simple and modern conveniences!

Perfect place! New, modern and simple just as we like. Upgraded everything. able to watch movies, TV shows, relax, eat, enjoyed all the time there. Also, good location to adventure around northern Anchorage & Denali areas.

I come up to AK often for work. I stayed here for a week and it was exactly as advertised. The space was clean and easy to find. Communication with the host was easy and response times were fast. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting to be close to the Palmer downtown area.

Beautiful views, great little Towson.

My wife and I loved staying in Palmer at this vrbo! Had everything you needed, it only has heat but has windows that get good flow but overall I’d say 4.9 /5.0 stars!

Overall the entire experience was great! The only negative thing would be we only had 2 towels for the night and no extras. But I’m entirety this place was awesome and I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay, definitely better than a hotel. We loved how the place was laid out in a small capacity as we think about living in a tiny home it was great. The only thing we were concerned about was the outlets for the light switches to the living room, they got super hot quick so we tired to limit the amount we had the lights on when we were there. We will be back for sure and we’ve already told others who stayed in the hotels over the weekend how much better these suites were compared to the hotel. Thank you!!

Wedding Day Accommodations

We stayed 5 nights while in Palmer to get Married!! It is definitely cozy, but we were able to mange the space adequately, considering the amount of luggage and hiking equipment we brought along. Bed was super comfy and washer/dryer were a huge plus. Perfect for a couples get-a-way.

Very nicely maintained. Had everything you would need including a washer/dryer and dish washer. Liked the amount of space as well. We had neighbors with a child in the adjoining unit but you couldn't hear them. I would highly recommend this property. Close to restaurants or a short ride to the Brew Pubs.

Beautiful and comfortable furnishings. I had a picnic to get ready for and the kitchen had everything we needed, good quality cook wear. Even in the heat we had last week, the room stayed cool. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone.

Came to Palmer for a wedding and this was the perfect place to stay. Had everything we needed. Cozy place with beautiful fixtures, furniture, and finishings. The place is definitely well taken of. Excellent room for a stay in palmer. We stayed here before the Matanuska glacier hike and it was perfect! Easy to get in, full access to hulu/netflix etc... Everything was clean and modern as well. This gets 5 stars without doubt.
