The listing was just as described, newly renovated and clean. Anchorage isn’t that big of a city, so everything is roughly 15 minutes away. check-in was easy and communication with the host was fast and efficient.

The condo was conveniently located near the hospital and university. It was clean and fairly quiet with a park nearby. Communication with the host was prompt and easy.

There were many things concerning about this property. It is centrally located in Anchorage but unfortunately is in the path of unhoused individuals walking to the shelter and other services. Some of the people made us feel uneasy. The screen door handle was broken. The kitchen chairs were broken so we were left with one small bench seat. The washer was set to cold but hot water filled the machine. The balcony did not look safe to walk onto. The couch and bed were very low quality and uncomfortable. The linens were not comfortable. The bedroom was large but there were no dressers and only 3 hangers.
