快適な滞在
フロント従業員はみなフレンドリーで親切。こぢんまりとして居心地がよい。建物は新しくはないが、清潔に掃除されていて快適。

This is literally the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. The smell was so pungent of cigarettes, and whatever else, we were willing to lose the money already spent to NOT stay there. There was visible grime on the walls and surfaces.

The workers were friendly. The sheets and bedspreads were awful. The sheets were washed but probably 10 years old with stains and holes. I can't imagine using the towels that were so stained and dirty. Most of the rooms were rentals with families living there more perminately. Some of these people were sketchy. I would never stay there again.

Baseboards peeling off, floor laid badly, so there are 1/4" gaps, and sprinkler system was installed after the fact, so pipes run on ceiling. Blinds were so filthy. were filthy. Whole room

People hanging outside the office and sleeping in the office. People yelling at night. Room was real rough looking. Pretty sketchy place!

An older property but everything was clean and the location was good. The biggest issue we had was the noise. Between footsteps upstairs and people in the hallway, we had to wear earplugs to get to sleep.

Dirty, roaches, cold, spring mattress that you can feel, parking lot slippery and i fell it was bad.

Staff was pleasant, none of the codes given to me worked so I had to use the main entrance always. The place smelled strong of weed and old beer.

I actually live here in Anchorage but I come here to get away from my big crazy family. I just love it here, it's quiet, quaint and out of the way. I've been here multiple times and will be back for sure!

Nice staff, horrific room.
The staff was nice. The room was a complete disaster. Someone tried to enter our room (aggressively) at 130 am, luckily I made sure the door was locked due to it appearing as if it had been previously kicked in. Dark stains on the blinds, can only guess what that could be. Bathroom door was likely kicked in and poorly repaired.

Quiet, clean. Bedspreads had rips and burn holes, even tho nonsmoking room. No soap in shower. No lamp on bedside table.

I only stay here when I occasionally have to be in Anchorage during the price-gouging summer months. I have had decent stays in the past (ok with keeping my expectations low), but this stay was the worst. I got to my room around 10pm. 1. No fan in hot and stuffy upstairs room as my other stays have had. The only way to bring fresh air into the room is to open the shade and window, but that means no privacy. When the light is on a phalanx of RVs can see into the room. 2. No toilet paper. None. Not good when discovered late at night. 3. Filthy room. Bed linens were clean and bathroom was spotless, thus the higher rating for the room overall. 4. Noise at night from other guests. I would have called the front desk but no phone in room. Regardless, the night clerk barely had a pulse when I earlier had asked where the ice machine was - no ice, of course. I doubt he would have moved from his chair to quiet the disruption.
