「The food was was not very good and always the same. The pool bar staff do not like their jobs…never saw a smile out of one of them during our stay. Other staff very nice. This resort reminded me if being in Cuba a few years ago.」

「Food was terrible. Beach’s were loaded with cigarette butts. Evening shower was nearly cold water. Room wasn’t cleaned and no towels for 2 days. Had to ask for clean bath towels and room to be cleaned 3rd day. Pool was nice. Staff were very nice.」

「Staff was friendly and helpful. If you went to Mexico or Dominican for all inclusive before then this resort will be a bit different experience. Bar is closing at 11pm, from 11 to 12:30am bar is open but you have to pay for drinks. There is no place to get snacks after dinner is closed. 「Innanzitutto l’hotel non è sulla spiaggia come sembrerebbe dal sito. Bisogna comunque attraversare la strada principale su cui l’hotel si affaccia. Inoltre no siamo soddisfatti di come siamo stati trattati. Il lido a cui sono convenzionati ci ha inizialmente chiesto soldi per ombrellone e lettini sostenendo che gli ospiti dell’hotel avevano diritto ad uno sconto non al servizio gratuito.
