"Food was terrible. Beach’s were loaded with cigarette butts. Evening shower was nearly cold water. Room wasn’t cleaned and no towels for 2 days. Had to ask for clean bath towels and room to be cleaned 3rd day. Pool was nice. Staff were very nice."

The room had a bug problem, unsurprising given there were no screens on the windows or doors. Common areas (lobby, pool, and beach sections) had visibly dirty couches and armchairs, and the restaurant furniture was only half-heartedly cleaned. "Innanzitutto l’hotel non è sulla spiaggia come sembrerebbe dal sito. Bisogna comunque attraversare la strada principale su cui l’hotel si affaccia. Inoltre no siamo soddisfatti di come siamo stati trattati. Il lido a cui sono convenzionati ci ha inizialmente chiesto soldi per ombrellone e lettini sostenendo che gli ospiti dell’hotel avevano diritto ad uno sconto non al servizio gratuito.
