  • Close to Disney and the best part is that you can WALK TO EVERYTHING!!! The house is located in a historic residential neighborhood surrounded by cute homes like this one that are registered as Historic homes by the city of Anaheim. It is within walking distance to the fun and lively downtown Anaheim area near City Hall with tons of things for families and hipsters to explore. The downtown area includes the Center Street Promenade near Museo Museum and the Packing District which features the Packard Building and the newly-opened and all-the-rage-of-OC Packing House. Don't miss this! All of these places are loaded with restaurants, shopping, ice cream parlors, juice bars, and an ice-skating rink. Lots of places for families to hang out. Take a selfie as you sit outside of the Packing House while dining on the train. This is the new cool spot in OC and you can easily walk to not only all of this, but a grocery store, Starbucks, and 2 farmers markets.

Excellent place to stay to enjoy Anaheim

The house was lovely, very large and clean for us when we arrived. There is ample parking outside or you can use the back yard if you prefer. The location is excellent only a short drive to Disney and there are many shops and restaurants including the packing district within easy walking distance.

Charming house with fabulous location

This house was perfect for our family of five! There was lots of space to cook meals, relax, and play games when we were there. When we were tired after a day at Disneyland, it was super convenient to be just a few minutes away. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the short walk to the Packing District for meals and as well as grocery stores close by. We hope to stay there again sometime!

Great place for our family of 5

This was a great home base for us as we spent time exploring what the area has to offer. Groceries are super close (sign up for a Vons card from your phone beforehand). Plenty of good restaurants - we enjoyed Panini Kabob Grill. Walking distance to many different places like the Packing House and Center Street. Central to various places like Disney, the beach, and even up to Hollywood. The place was great - plenty of space, all the kitchen stuff we needed, and very comfortable.

Comfortable and Clean

This historic house was just perfect for our stay in Anaheim. It was clean with lots of room for our group. The beds were comfy and amenities as described. Having a garage to park in was a huge bonus for us, as was the fully supplied kitchen. The front bedroom was a little noisy with street noise-you might want to bring earplugs or a noise machine if that bothers you, and the curtains do let in light!

Disneyland Trip

This place was fantastic! Could not be happier with our choice to stay here for our Disneyland trip! The home is a beautiful historic home, on a very cute street with a beautiful park right across the street. We did two days at Disneyland and it was a 10 minute car ride to the park, incredibly convenient. The house was very clean and cozy, as well as spacious. My favorite part was the Packing District that Robert the host recommended! We walked there the first night and it was amazing! Would love to go back just to spend time in this cute little Anaheim neighborhood!

Perfect Family House

We had a great stay at this Anaheim home! There was plenty of space for our family of five, and the layout was perfect for relaxing after long days at Disneyland. The big couch was super comfy, and all the beds were comfortable too — we all slept really well. The house was very clean and had a nice kitchen, which made meals easy when we didn’t want to eat out. It’s just a short drive to Disneyland, which was a huge plus. It’s also a short walk to the Anaheim Packing District, which had tons of great food and drink options. The host was fantastic — very responsive and accommodating. We noticed a crack in the coffee pot on our first morning, and the host immediately ordered a brand new coffee maker for us. That level of service really stood out.Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable, clean, and convenient stay in the Anaheim area!

You are going to love this place

This place was amazing. We traveled with a large family, 5 adults, 2 children. This house had plenty of room for all us. We stayed 3 nights for our Disneyland trip. The Uber ride from John Wayne took about 30 minutes ($45) and about 15 mins ($15) to Disneyland. The house is on a corner of a busy street, but that did not bother me. Two other adults said the road noise was loud so you many want to bring earplugs. I slept right through. The beds are comfortable, the house is super clean, and the space can't be beat. The host communicated with us, even letting us know we could check in early if we wanted. There are extra strollers, booster seats, and outdoor sport balls. We walked to a nearby Vons for some groceries, walked to the Packing House for dinner, and found the neighborhood to be safe and so adorable. We all had a blast and would stay here again.

Quaint CLEAN home

First of all, this is the cutest and CLEANEST home! It also has all of the amenities you need (extra soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, hair dryers, plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, etc). It was so nice to have a washer/dryer and the garage was a must have! It was a safe, quaint area so no need to worry about kids playing outside in the cutest fenced in yard. The only complaint we all had was the noise of the streets outside. This house is situated on a corner of two constantly used streets so cars were LOUD! The fire dept was also just down the street so that added to the noise. That being said, there were box fans in the house. We took those fans, turned them on and they perfectly drowned out the noise. Even knowing that there was noise, we would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Amazing House For Disneyland

Amazing Stay Near Disneyland – Highly Recommend!I recently stayed at 403 Broadway in California, and I have to say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, I could tell that this place was perfect for my trip, especially being so close to Disneyland.Location – Perfect for Disney LoversOne of the biggest highlights of this stay was the convenience. It was just a short drive to Disneyland, which made getting to and from the parks super easy. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The location was easy to find and access. I will say it faces a busy street so we heard a lot of sirens from fire trucks and police but it didn't bother anyone's sleep. The game room was fun to unwind in and we walked to the packing house easily. Every so often we caught the fireworks show from Disney so it was a really neat place to stay. I would definitely stay here again and tell my friends as well. The host was responsive when I messaged and left a detailed binder of rules and helpful info so I didn't need to ask any questions. Check out process was easier than many of the other places I've stayed and i appreciated that very much.

The property was perfect for our needs. We had two families with 3 kids total. They loved the playground/park across the street. The street noise is real, but there are fans in each closet to help drown it out. Beds are very comfortable. It was so nice to be able to park in the garage. 9 Uber ride to Disneyland. My family and I absolutely loved this home! Everything was perfect, rooms, kitchen even down to the huge washer and dryer in garage. We had 11 people and all were very comfortable. Thanks Robert for making us feel welcome, we will be back.
