パークに近くて便利だが、スタッフの質がイマイチ。15時になってもなかなか部屋の鍵をくれなかったし、いつでも飲めるドリンクのカップや種類が補充されずに放置。価格もハイシーズンは高いと感じる。ただ、ディズニーホテルよりは安く、立地は良いので次回も泊まると思う。

ディズニーランドにとても近いのが良かったです。ホテルの目の前の信号を渡ると、すぐにパークの入り口でした。 ホテルの建物は少し古い感じがしましたが、部屋の中はきれいでした。 部屋は広くて、コーヒーメーカーや冷蔵庫、電子レンジもあったので便利でした。浴槽があったのは嬉しかったのですが、シャワーが固定式だったのが残念でした。 フロントのスタッフの方は感じが良く親切でした。チェックアウトの後も、スーツケースを預かってもらえました。 全体的には快適な滞在だったので、またアナハイムに来る時には泊まりたいホテルのひとつです。

いわゆるモーテルですが、ディズニーランドを楽しむには十分です。ロケーションは抜群です。 朝食もついてるし、ロビー階でコーヒー、水は無料で飲めます。 シャワーの水圧も十分許容レベルでした。 ついでにエンゼルススタジアムもUberで10ドル、10分程度です。

ディズニーランドオフィシャルホテルを除いてディズニーリゾートに最も近いホテルで、訪問の際は必ず利用させてもらってます。 以前は、最寄りなのがメリットで室内はそんなに綺麗ではなかったですが、 5.6年前?にリノベーションされており、綺麗で清潔に過ごせます。 デカイ冷蔵庫も便利です。 ただ唯一シャワーの水圧が弱いのが残念です。 超人気で早く満室になるので、次の旅行が決まり次第早く予約しときます。

ディズニーランドパークまでは、多分一番近いと思います。一流ホテルだと思って泊まるとびっくりすると思いますが、アメリカの綺麗なモーテルですよ。特に欠点は見当たりません。

コロナ前は1番地近い一般ホテルとして、毎年こちらをに宿泊していたが、コロナ明け3年振りに訪問して全てが以前と変わらずで良かった。 5.6年前に部屋をリフォームしてから快適度が増したが、相変わらずシャワーだけは弱くて残念。 それにしてもアメリカは本当にみんなマスクをしてなく日本人にとってはシュール過ぎた。

ディズニーランドに行く為に利用しました。 レンタカーも、ホテルのパーキングに置いて、ディズニーの渋滞するパーキングに停めなくても、ホテルから歩いて5分のところにディズニーランドがあり大変便利でした。 ホテルの部屋も清潔で、電子レンジもあり使い勝手も良かったです。

Clerk during check in was not very personable. Walking distance to Disneyland was great except the parking fee to stay at location after checkout was excessive! $25 an hour first 2 hours then $75 maximum when Disneyland parking is $35! I would not be staying at hotel again.

I did not like how difficult the parking was. Shouldn't have to pay to park when i am paying a lot to stay there. It came with a free breakfast that was awful. Eggs were powdered and tasted bad, sausage, you get 2 mini links that were rubber. Overpriced. You are basically paying for closeness to Disney. Not worth it. Might as well stay at Disney, you get more for your money

Room smelled a lot like people had been smoking. I asked for a new room and the service was not friendly or approachable. Staff seemed upset being there. Staff that helped during breakfast were nice and friendly. Expensive parking! I've stayed there several times and by far this was the worse experience.

The room and staff were excellent, providing a wonderful stay. The location is perfect for Disneyland visitors. However, be aware that the taco place and IHOP next door are quite overpriced.

Close to walk to Disney Parks our room was right where cars & people walking by or delivery trucks dropping off wouldn’t stay there again bed bumpy nose all night long my hubby & I got hardly any sleep.

We were placed street side which is hard.. we heard everything including the Mexican restaurant music until 1am and all the car traffic / street sweeper / trash man. Bed was very noisy and uncomfortable. Location to Disney is everything but 400 a night is really high. AC floor unit woke you up every time it turned on.

The AC unit in the room would turn off on its own and there was a moldy smell coming from the unit. The only way to stop the moldy smell was to drop the temperature to 60 degrees.

Location and hotel room clean and convenient. Sadly, there was a religious clown who started ranting ON A MICROPHONE at 6:30 in the morning. I have no idea why this is allowed. Other than that, super convenient location.

Upon checkin I met Elizabeth. She was super helpful as I booked the wrong room. Didn’t realize there was a difference in two standard size beds and two queen beds. Thought they were the same but they’re not. The standard is a oversized twin, not big enough for two adults to share. Elizabeth was very understanding, spoke to her colleague Jackie and was able to move us to a different room. Jackie made all the changes and Scott offered assistance with helping us with the change of rooms. Three great people who didn’t have to, but went out of there way to help us. The new room was clean, and the beds were super comfortable. Will definitely book again. Thanks again to Elizabeth, Jackie and Scott!

Customer service and the from desk. I arrived early with kids 7:30am and she look like she was irritated and not happy. She said she will call me at 3 pm when it’s time to check and she did not. I also bought think at the different date in the store inside hotel cereal and milk and spoons were not available for purchase or complementary. I went to front desk and she told me store that is inside with self check out don’t belong to them and nothing she can’t do. I should go next hotel and get spoon from them. Ridiculous no customer service!

Great location. I think it's probably the best location besides the official Disney hotels. Clean, nice pool, great service. Convenient minimart next to the hotel. I see the staff testing pool water quality one morning which was great!
