ホテル滞在中に、知らない男性が部屋に入ってきて大変驚きました。 その男性は友達の部屋に行くために、受付でカードキーをもらったが、部屋番号を間違っていたようです、とのことでしたが、十分な確認をせずにカードキーを渡すなんて非常に危険だと思います。 以降、荷物を置いて出かけることすら怖くなりました。 安くはない宿泊費用を支払い、宿泊を楽しみにしていたので非常に残念です。

個性的な室内デザインでおしゃれだがリーズナブルなホテル
メトロ駅すぐで便利な立地。アムステルダム中央駅からも10分程度の駅なのでアクセスには困らない。 ４人用のファミリールームに宿泊したが、室内インテリアが前衛的でおしゃれ。広さも十分だった。チェックイン時にアムステルダムの地図をもらったが、これまた額縁にいれて飾りたいようなおしゃれなものだったので観光に使わずそのまま持って帰ってきた。 朝食は１人13ユーロで子供も同じ料金なのは少し高いのと、部屋に冷蔵庫がなかったのが少し不便だった。 ロビー横にはバーエリアがありくつろげる。その反対側は昼間はノマド族と思われる若者たちがPCで黙々と作業をしていて人気があるようだった。 アムステルダム市内にしては宿泊料金がかなりリーズナブルで清潔感とおしゃれ感も十分あるのでどんな人にもおすすめできる。 スタッフは若いがみなさん大変親切だった。 また次回もこちらに泊まりたい。

元新聞社改装利用し、ポップ感じ変わっていてとても雰囲気いいです。ただ部屋の家具は再利用？なのかオシャレなのか、かなりシンプル。

What are unique and fantastic, Steps from The tea make it very convenient. The lobby doubles ass coffee shop on one side and workspace meeting on the other full of life during the day to strike up conversation grab a coffee grab a beer. Hot tub and sauna on the roof convenient and clean. The rooftop restaurant is great option for dinner and drink. At the price point, I was not expecting that I got, It was a surprise and will stay again

This hotel was super cute. Very social property, there are nice gatherings held in the lobby area with food and drinks served. The rooms are upstairs and they also have rooftop bar. I wasnt able to try out the hot tub because of my short stay but im sure it was pleasant with all the other amenities in the building. The television was a little outdated and i woldve preferred to pair my phone and stream netflix but nonetheless i enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Very friendly staff and cool coffee shop and rooftop bar. Had a fun, youthful vibe. I appreciated this even though I'm no longer youthful myself. Very easy access to metro.

With Metro directly in front of the Hotel quicky in the City. Good breakfast buffet. Fancy mixture of style in the Hotel...between student and business...so that there are many things to See...and many music Events..never gets boring.

We loved our stay here, the room was very spacious and such a nice vibe. Hotel was equiped a lot of different facilities. Food was delicious from the restaurant and the staff were super accommodating ☺️Metro is right outside so commuting was super quick and easy. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

This is an amazing hotel. Wish we could have stayed for longer! Room was lovely. The bar upstairs is really cool too. Good spot as right by the train station!

The hotel itself is very accommodating and accessible but we stayed in the rooms in the cabin and the rooms are super small with no storage space. No tv or windows. The shared bathrooms were also not cleaned during our stay. There were others staying in the cabin so the bathrooms should have been cleaned daily. I would only recommend as a layover hotel.

Booked this place for my daughter as she came a day early to meet us in Amsterdam and the Saturday night hotels were really pricy. Paid a lot for the room here (price went up about $50 in the hour we were deciding where she'd stay) and then the pocket door in her room reeked of urine. Additionally, on a Saturday night she was kept awake by the partying at the on-site clubs. So, the $211/night single room was fine for her having come off of 12 days in hostels, but she said that the hostels she'd been staying in were cleaner and quieter. (I'm really glad we didn't choose this place for our family stay, though we'd considered it based on the good reviews.)

The staff were very friendly and polite. Good location. Just far enough from downtown to be relatively quiet. The food at the restaurant was very average. Plenty of good dining options within walking distance. The lobby is cool.

Room was very nice, the ameneties as well. We were right next to the tram taking us to Amsterdam Centraal so it was easy to travel in the city.

Great value for money. Metro right outside so easy and quick travel to the centre. Note that there are two clubs (7th floor and basement) so the noise might bother some guests but we were ok with this.

L’hôtel m’a donné pleine satisfaction excepté LE RESTAURANT. Les repas végétariens ou vegans m’ont rendu malade chaque fois que j’ai mangé au restaurant. Je conseille la direction de l’hôtel de changer le personnel qui travaille dans la cuisine (j’ai noté 3 personnes pour le dînner).

Pretty good!
The hotel is very cool, bar on top and night club on the basement, super nice staff, also very nice transport connection right outside the hotel, so was pretty easy to move around. The only thing we thought it could be better was if the hotel had a mini fridge at the room or maybe a table and 2 chairs to sit and have a good time, otherwise all was pretty good. ❤️

Value for money
Stayed three nights at Volkshotel, due to a conference at the RAI. Completely silent room on 6th floor, no noise whatsoever. Room was clean, a little bit «tired» but no problems. No cleaning before night 4 unless you ask for it, which makes total sense and could be adopted by more hotels. I was upgraded to a room with four beds which would be nice for a family, quite spacious. Staff was very friendly, and the reception area / bar had a cool and relaxed vibe. Breakfast was OK at best, I would go to a cafe instead if I were there on holiday. There is a metro station just outside. All in all good value for money, I would happily return.

Foi muito boa a estadia. Hotel muito bem localizado, tem uma estação de metrô na porta que fica a 4 estações do centro e da Estação Central. Muito bom o quarto, bem espaçoso. O restaurante na cobertura é muito bom e tem uma linda vista.O hotel é muito moderna e bonito. Tem uma área comum bem legal. Foi uma viagem de casal e super deu certo.

Nightclub
It's a nice hip and trendy place to stay, but it is also a nightclub. Thats an odd combo if you don't have sound proofing. I paid to sleep in the hotel, something I didn't do for a single second on Friday or Saturday evening.

Great location, clean secure budget option
Hotel is in a great location, close to two Metro stations and only 4 stops to Amsterdam Central. Probably suit younger couples better as even though we where on only the 2 floor we couple still here the Music coming from the 7th floor that goes on till 6am at the weekends. Still good value and clean. Nice bar down stairs

Agréable surprise
Nous avions réservé une cabine avec sanitaires communs et à notre grande surprise, nous avons été upgraded gratuitement en chambre normale. Nous avons eu accès aux jacuzzis et sauna en plus ! Nous avons aussi testé la boîte de l’hôtel, et l’ambiance house techno nous a fait taper du pied toute la nuit. Je recommande vraiment le Volkshotel si vous souhaitez séjourner à Amsterdam. Petit plus, il est situé à 3min d’un super marché et à 1 min du métro
