立地が抜群で、安く泊まれるホテル
とても立地が良く、ゴッホ美術館まで歩いてすぐです。 空港からは、バス1本で近くまで行けるので、とても便利です。 安い部屋で、屋根裏部屋でしたが、専用のシャワー、トレがついており、お湯もちゃんと出ます。 朝食も無料で付いてきておいしかったです。 狭い部屋でよいのでしたら、お勧めですね。

美術館や観光地に近く空港へアクセスも便利
観光に便利なホテルです。 ただ、遮音性が悪く、夜中の2、3時頃まで騒がしいです。また、シャワーの温度が安定せず、高温になったかと思うと冷水が出てくるし、憂鬱でした。

The hotel is very old/dated and in desperate need of a refurb. Entry is up a very step and narrow staircase and there is no lift. The stairs to the rooms are equally steep and narrow and a challenge with suitcases. The room was tiny, dingy and the shower couldnt maintain any temperature. If all you want is a base to sleep and shower its ok, if you want to spend time in your room I'd stay elsewhere, especially if you find stairs an issue.

Nice Hotel. Close enough to partake in all the downtown fun but far enough not to have the noise. Staff at the front desk were lovely! The bus instructions sent out by the hotel were a life saver and saved so much money. Only downside was the construction outside the building which started at 7am. Would totally stay here again though!

Property getting work done outside making access up the stairs difficult with suitcases. Many very tight stairs in the property to rooms with no lifts. Could be very problematic for less able guests.

My mum and I visited Quentin hotel a couple of days ago. We got checked in and went to our room, it wasn’t until midnight we went to bed and noticed bedbugs! We went to reception right way with pictures of them. The staff were really helpful and was apologetic, they gave us a bigger room with a canal view in return. This room was so much better than the first. The overall experience of the hotel was pleasant for the few days I was there. We didn’t experience breakfast due to it being extra 17euro each a day!

It was a good place, the staff were very kind. The only problem was that the heater was not working so we freezed the first night, for our secong night we ask for help and the staff gave us a portable heater as a solution. It was much better and comfortable.

Perfect area to stay in but the building itself is old, so keep that in mind. If you have a large suitcase or alot of luggage, I would not recommend as there is no elevator and you will need to climb very narrow very steep steps. I stayed on the 4th floor and have to haul up my 30lb suitcase. Bringing it down was even worse. Oh and keep in mind the sink is very small, so you’ll get water everywhere when washing your face. Aside from that the unit was fairly clean, easy check in/out and in a fantastic area.

I had read some reviews on this property ahead of our trip, but most of the complaints were about the steep stairs. That’s just Amsterdam, I thought, so I booked it anyway. This hotel is a disaster. Black mold in the bathroom. Broken shower. Dirty cups on the table. Remnants of the previous guest. The only positive is the location; very central and accessible.

Overall enjoyed our stay. In true Amsterdam fashion, the stairs going up to the rooms are very steep and narrow. No lift available. Be warned! Breakfast is a nice spread for the price. Room ans bathroom was pretty clean. Under the beds was a little dusty, but everything else was okay. Of note, the hotel is under construction. You may hear hammering starting at 0830-0900. The staff was very nice and helpful with transportation and restaurant recommendations. Multiple tram stops down the block, which is convenient.

The location of the property is really good. The staff were pleasant & helpful. We stayed on the 4th floor. The stairs are very narrow and steep! this is common in Amsterdam and it isn't a reason not to book the hotel. They are steep though! We didn't have the breakfast, but this looked OK, a bit expensive for what you get though and there are a lot of other options that are close to the hotel. We hired some bikes, these were reasonably priced.

La verdad es que quedé muy decepcionada del servicio, el lugar es terrible. Cuando llegamos resulta que el hotel estaba en reparación y nos mandaron a la parte de atrás (que supongo es parte de su hotel) cuando entramos parecía historia de terror, las escaleras mini, rotas y todas mal hechas, con la alfombra despegada, que de hecho un día que bajamos encontramos a una chava tirada en el suelo toda ensangrentada porque se había caído de la escalera (le hablamos al de recepción y se la llevó la ambulancia) el lugar súper sucio y apestoso a cigarro a pesar que había letreros de no fumar, nuestro cuarto horrible, súper sucio, apestoso y el baño feo. Tanto que hablamos a expedía para solucionar esta situación porque no fue una estadía barata y no era el cuarto que nosotros habíamos reservado, pero para variar, no tuvimos solución y tuvimos que quedarnos el resto de días ahí porque no teníamos seguridad de que se nos reembolsaría porque todo dependía de la respuesta del hotel, cabe destacar que hicimos check in el día que nos correspondía pero a las 11:50pm y en ese momento llamamos a expedía para ver si podíamos cancelar e irnos a otro lugar y lo más que pudieron hacer fue que nos cambiaran de habitación a otra igual de fea, pero bueno, escribo mi historia para que no les pase.

Very thin walls and noisy corridors with the cleaners each day. Room decor very grubby and the room was smaller than expected. Scaffolding up around the whole hotel blocking any window view. Bathroom was good though and clean but only one towel each and no hand towel.

Pasamos unos días , todo ok pero no me gustaron las escaleras aunque al parecer es común en Amsterdam. También hubo un día que tuve que solicitar shampoo ya que entraron a hacer la limpieza pero no dejaron lo escencial . También nos pidieron 100 dólares de garantía , no me había pasado en ningún país visitado , siendo nosotros una familia con hija adolescente.

Worst room I’ve ever stayed in (room 1319). The location is amazing and would choose this room over one further out for convenience as most attractions are easily walkable. Top floor of building with no working lift and the narrowest, steepest stairs so very difficult and unsafe getting bags up and down. Poor room condition, broken mirror, stained mattress and hole in the wall. Had to stuff window with tissue to stop draft from banging it open and shut. Paper thin walls. Main hotel appears lovely however the side building we were in was very very poor and run down. Staff are lovely however.

Hotel was private, quiet, charming, and in an accident location. Fairly inexpensive and staff was kind. I took off one star because I paid extra for the breakfast and the breakfast was not great. I would recommend saving to €15 for breakfast and it’s going to be close by cafes.

AM Lady was friendly at check in. Negative - Bed was horrible as the basement room I was put in hurt my back for days! WiFi issues for two days. Bathroom was really tight! Waiting for hold to release still. Plus - Staff Interaction & Morning Breakfast

Delightful!
I was skeptical after reading so many negative reviews, so was delightfully surprised. The staff was super friendly and when they saw I was staying several nights, they upgraded me to a canal-view room. I LOVED having the tiny balcony with French doors to get fresh air. The bed and down blanket were SO comfortable. I walked and did activities for 9-10 hours every day, and I was always glad to come “home” to the Quentin! Also, fabulous location for activities, museums and easy access to the tram.

Trovato facilmente, personale gentile, la ragazza parlava addirittura italiano (difficile da trovare all’estero). Stanza piccolina, ma dovendoci stare soltanto una notte per noi non è stato un problema.

Rooms were comfortable. Plenty of hot water. WiFi in the hotel was terrible however. Got better wifi at local cafes. Staff at front desk was very helpful and friendly. Safe area for tourists.

Ottima posizione
Gli hotel in centro Amsterdam costano molto e per avere un prezzo abbordabile a qualcosa bisogna pur rinunciare; nella fattispecie questo hotel è vecchiotto e la pulizia della nostra camera veniva fatta un po' alla buona, però abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere una camera con vista canale, cosa che in tanti anni che veniamo ad Amsterdam non ci è mai capitata. Ho letto recensioni in cui gli ospiti si lamentavano che gli asciugamani non gli venivano cambiati, a noi sono stati cambiati ogni giorno. La posizione poi è ottimale, a due passi da Leidseplein ma senza doverne sopportare il baccano. Se volete una camera in centro a buon prezzo, questo hotel è l'hotel che fa per voi.
