中央駅から国鉄で一駅のストーテンデュルクから徒歩５分くらいの立地。駅前にコンビニやスタバあり。朝食は必要にして十分なバイキング。部屋は清潔だがバスタブは無し。もしまたアムステルダムに来るなら泊まろうと思う。

清潔で快適

清潔で、高級家具のある部屋で快適にすごすことができた。最寄り駅はこ観光拠点からはtrainんおsprinterで10分程度だが、スキポール空港へのアクセスは良い。フロントの対応は、必要な情報は聞くことができたが、親切ではなかった。

場所、対応は良かった。シャワーの扉が無い造りのため、シャワーを使用するたび、バスルームが水びたしになった。

イースターの時期で中心部のホテルが高騰していたためこのホテルを選択。周辺は閑散としているが市内中心部へは電車やトラムで一本。周囲に高い建物があまりないので最上階での朝食時の眺めは良い。

冬はバスルームの床が冷たい

12月に泊まりましたが、バスルームのフロアタイルがすごく冷たい。裸足で歩くのを躊躇うくらいに冷たい。バスルームそのものの気温が低いです。アムステルダム中央駅から電車で1駅、Sloterdijk駅から徒歩3分ほどなので、アクセスは良いてす。周囲は静かで治安も悪くは感じませんでした。駅にはAlbert Heijn to goやSPARなど夜遅くまで開いてる店があり、部屋にはミニ冷蔵庫があるので便利です。アムステルダム中央駅付近のコストパフォーマンスの悪いホテルに泊まるくらいなら、こちらのほうが良いかなと思います。前述のとおり、冬はあまりおすすめしませんが。

可もなく不可もなく。ただ値段が割高。入り口に4段程度段差あり。荷物が重いと大変です。ショッピングセンター的なものはなく、ビジネスホテルとしては十分ですが、観光向きではないかもしれません。

立地がいい

駅からすぐのところにあり、駅から出ると、すぐにホテルが見えたので安心しました。どこへ行くにも通る便利な駅でした。部屋はとても綺麗で快適でよかっです。しかし、前の滞在者のせいか、何かの食べ物の臭いが強く残っており、そこがだけが残念でした。

When checking-in I did not receive the correct change. I was charged 87 euros for property taxes. I paid 100 euros, but receive 3 as change. After inquiring on this matter, the hotels manager realized I was robbed. I ended up receiving 20 euros (one as compensation). Watch out for this. Besides this minor incident, the hotel is just fantastic !

Close to the station, so easy to access. - The hallways to the rooms are very dark with dim lighting. When you enter the room you have to insert the card into the slot to get electricity - it's impossible to see the slot if it's dark out and there's no light coming in through the windows.

Just returned from my stay here and I had the best time. The hotel was comfortable, clean and in a convenient location from getting around Amsterdam as it’s very close to the station. The staff were so helpful they really went the extra mile to make me feel welcome and catered for. I want to give a special thank you to Mohammed & the other members of the front desk team who helped me when my flight was cancelled and managed to accommodate me at the last moment. You honestly really helped me in a very tricky situation and I’m extremely grateful. Thank you again & I’ll see you again soon 😊

Bemängeln möchte ich nur, dass die Matratze viel zu weich war und man regelrechte einsinkt im Bett. Das Badezimmer verfügte über keine Steckdose, so dass das Nutzen von eigenen elektrischen Haargeräten nicht möglich war. Schließlich könnten mehr Sender angeboten werden, der Fernseher verfügte nur ein paar in deutscher Sprache.

I have nothing but compliments to this hotel,as soon as myself and my partner arrived we were greeted by beyond helpful employees who even let us check in early.The location is right beside the station which makes it so easy to travel.Cleanliness was 10/10 and was beyond our expectations.I would definitely recommend and visit again.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We were in Amsterdam for 4 days, 3 nights and I could not recommend a better hotel. The hotel is just outside Sloterdijk train station, which is one stop away from Schipol airport, which is so convenient when you have baggage with you ! Check in was very fast, and all of the staff were well mannered and always eager to offer advise to us. This was very helpful considering this was out first time in the city. The room was just about the right size for two people, with a very nice bathroom. Breakfast is great too, we got it with our package and definitely recommend as there is a very large range of foods and drinks. I would recommend getting the three day pass on transport as we saved loads of money getting around the city. Thank you Mercure Sloterdijk!

Bra om man ska inte va på hotellet mer än att sova

Bekväm säng och kuddar men städ hade glömt någon annans mössa där. Mysigt men fanns inte bra belysning för att göra sig ordning med, även i badrummet. Badrummet va i ok skick med något som va sönder.

Amazing hotel, excellent location

Everything was almost perfect in this hotel. The facilities are just amazing, service was awesome, room was spectacular. The only tiny issue I had was with the wifi, the wifi in our room was really bad, when it worked. It wasn't a big deal because we didn't really spend much time in the hotel and it was a short trip, but apart from this, the hotel is just amazing!!
