The staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean. It was good value for money given the location closed to public transport and walkability into the centre.
Hottest Room in Amsterdam. Not a place to stay in the summer months. The room is more hot than my oven. They need to get aircondition so bad!!
Had a lot of mosquito bites as Well after visit. Maybe bed bugs?
Furthermore the stairs are dangerous inside hotel.
Great placement in town.
The staff was also great.
A bar and so on next to hotel.
Location is great, lots of bars/cafes/restaurants nearby. I was in the basement in a long narrow room with two single beds. I will say, stayed in another basement room in another Amsterdam earlier, and this one had no smell. So that's a plus, as it's an issue in Amsterdam. Overall not bad. I did spy a silverfish (bug) on the floor once, and the TV didn't work, but I didn't care about it, so that was nbd. Staff did quickly fix the shower when I complained there was no hot water. So happy about that. Overall not bad for price. Nothing to write home about.
The room and bathroom is tiny. The staff were nice especially the evening staff. He was great! He helped bought up the luggage for us. The stairs were steep and he was very helpful with carrying it for us! There were a lot of issues in the first night but was fixed the next day.
Good location to city, Hotel a little run down, but reflected in price. Due to rowdy guests and no sound proofing, was very noisy through to early hours of the morning
The property was still under construction, which made the overall experience uncomfortable. Inside, the space felt very tight, especially the stairs, they were extremely narrow and seemed unsafe, with a real risk of slipping or falling.
The room I stayed in was in need of repair and appeared quite old and worn out, which affected the overall comfort.
The only positive aspects of this hotel were its convenient location and the bathroom, which was clean and wellmaintained
Great location and convenient public transport.
Good staff and very helpful experience overall

The staff is friendly, and the room is clean, there’re small shops around. The view of the canals looks nice, especially with lights in the evening. But the room was not ready when checking in at 3:00p.m.
Decent for price, had to stay in there sister hotel across the canal called the townhouse though for some reason, but price was good, shared toilet was clean constantly. About 20 minute walk to red light area, but it was just somewhere to sleep would stay again.
