悪くはないけど、どこか惜しい。
ライツェ広場から歩いてすぐ、国立美術館は目の前です。広場から空港行きのバスも出てますし、レストランもたくさんあるので便利でした。 ホテルは4階までありますが、エレベーターは無い上に階段は非常に狭くて急なので少し怖かったです。WIFIは無料ですが弱かったです。 部屋や、共用のシャワールーム兼トイレは綺麗でしたが、用意されていたタオルやシーツは若干汚れていました。気にせず使いましたが笑 予約の時点ではデポジットだけ決済、残りは現地での支払いだったのですが、カードを使う場合は金額に応じて手数料がプラスでかかりました。 相場がよく分かりませんが、特に問題なく泊まれるけどもうちょっと安くても…という感じでした。

One man, one week on business use
Although I was allowed to use in January 2013, one week, I was allowed to stay again. Since there is no elevator, but can not be recommended for the elderly, reasonable and fun in Amsterdam! I It is recommended for couples who think so. Have extensive bars and restaurants just a five minute walk, I'm busy at weekends until midnight. Next time, I've been allowed to use also. It was comfortable.

Overpriced Two Star Hotel
For what it cost this Hotel is poor value for money, at 420 euros for 3 nights, a 2 star Hotel at 4 Star prices. No lift, a narrow and steep stair case. The only tea and coffee available was in Reception from a machine. A new Receptionist took 20 minutes to check me in, made mistakes but was friendly and helpful. On the plus side, the room was clean, warm and comfortable, the location is stunning and the Staff, especially Mohammed were very helpful but I won't stay there again.

The staff were friendly. The condition of the property needs attention. Most sockets did not work. The toilet was old and leaked. There was no elevator. I had to ask staff members for a hair dryer. The heating was too low for the weather outside.

Pretty bad service
They didn’t assigned me the type of room I booked. They offered my to stay in the small room I stayed first and have a discount o change to another room exactly at noon when I was out for visiting the city. accepted the discount but they haven’t refund that to my credit card.

Un hotel da “paura” ma nel vero senso della parola
Tutto negativo dall’arrivo con una recepzioniata maleducata e puzzava anche di sudore si erano dimenticati anche della seconda camera, qualità prezzo inesistente, sporco dalle lenzuola alla moquette alle scale interne per salire, porte con innumeri scritti a penna, e tutto ciò q 187 euro a notte!!! Ladri ladri ladri sotto tutti i punti di vista! Sconsigliatissimo, un horror altro che hotel!!!

Da vi ankom hotellet kl 22 ble vi sendt til et annet hotell på andre siden av byen. De sa det var pga renovering. Dette kunne vi ha fått besu om på et tidligere tidspunkt. Det andre hotellet hadde en ok beliggenhet, men var trangt og man kunne ikke stå oppreist i dusjen da det var skråtak der. Måtte også betale for transport ctil det nye hotellet selv. Det ble en sen kveld på grunn av dårlig kommunikasjon før vi ankom, dette kunne vært kommunisert tidligere. Skuffet.

Solo la location non basta
Camera molto basic con bagno minuscolo con tenda per la doccia imbarazzante. 2 rampe di scale ripide anche per bravi alpinisti (meno male non ero con Milan madre che non sarebbe salita ) con corridoi stretti disseminati di materiale da ristrutturazione (porte e materiale vario) Non è presente la colazione. Il prezzo pagato non è assolutamente giustificato. Location centrale super bella.

The only good thing was the bed, even that had bobbles everywhere covering the mattress, the toilet was disgusting and the view was shocking.

Jag har aldrig varit i en så hemskt Hotel, trånga korridorer, trånga och branta trappor, jätte trångt rum, man delar talett och badrum med hela vånigen,vi kunde inte sova hela nätterna på grund av toalett spolning, vårat rum var väg mot väg med toaletten. De dagar vi var där var väldigt varmt man kunde inte öppna fönstret, jag kan tänka mig häktet är bättre än det rum som vi hade.. tänker aldrig göra om det även om jag sover på gatan. Hemsk upplevelse

Non abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo tramite Hotels.com. Arrivati all'albergo, il signore alla reception ci ha detto, in modo molto sgarbato, che la prenotazione non era andata a buon fine perché sulla carta prepagata non avevo soldi (effettivamente era così). Purtroppo il sito non c'è lo ha comunicato. Abbiamo tuttavia pernottato qui in quanto una stanza era comunque disponibile. NB: se non fossimo stati stanchi morti avremmo cambiato albergo, e avremmo fatto bene.

We got a room on the 4th floor and the hotel doesn't have a lift. It was a struggle for my old parents to climb up and down the stairs 2 times a day. Also, bringing the luggage up to the 4th flr and back down again during check-out was a challenge.

Located almost next door to museum. Easily accessible with tram stop in front of hotel. Walking distance for sightseeing. Close to restaurants and bars. Overall the hotel was dated. Room had no resemblance to what I saw on Expedia before booking. It was tiny, dirty and had no blinds. Very narrow and steep staircases that could pose potential accident hazards. Most of it had no had rails. I had to carry my big luggage on these steep staircases to my room on third floor. I booked an en-suite room on Expedia but on arrival was charged €60 extra for en-suite privilege. Disappointing stay

Es preferible no volver a utilizarlo
Habitación en un 3º piso sin ascensor con una escalera estrchísima de peldaños muy altos. Baño en el pasillo exterior compartido con otras 3 habitaciones. La habitación estrechísima con cama de matrimonio arrimada a una pared. En el anuncio de este hotel solo enseñan una habitación que está en la planta baja y que es mas espaciosa (es una trampa para engañar a las personas). Lo único positivo es que está situado en zona céntrica de la ciudad.

The rooms were dirty. Beds itchy although comfortable. Pillows dirty. Disgusting pretty much all over. The fridge did not work. There was no tea making facilities. I bought a kettle and used it and left it at the hotel for other customers to use. The bathroom had no ventalation and smelt yucky. Paid way too much. Worth only $30USD per night MAX. Place should be renovated.

The property is central to everything, so this was a plus. However, it cost £140 a night plus the city tax for very small room without a tv and a view. Its like being in a hostel. The staff are not friendly and slightly awkward. You can hear people walking constantly. The matrix is awful and it made my skin sore and itchy. Dreadful property, it should cost no more than £30 a night. You will be better off in a hostel.
