Rapport qualité prix scandaleux.La dernière nuit sur les 7 réservées a été facturée 180 euros et la première 80 euros ?! Hors taxes ville et petits déjeuners. Immeuble vétusté dont nous avons appris que la démolition était programmée 8 jours après notre départ. Je suis très déçue par Hotels.com qui n'a aucune valeur ajoutée et ne sécurisé rien même pas les prix.

I was disappointed as the hotel facilities is a 2 star at best. our TV didn't even work properly. it is okay for room and board and clean enough. However very depressing interior.

Perfetto per un bel weekend!

Il soggiorno presso questo hotel è stato gradevole e ha soddisfatto tutte le aspettative. Personale disponibile, camere piccole ma confortevoli (letto e piumone soprattutto), pulizia e servizi adeguati (rifatto ogni giorno la camera, rifornito di flaconcini di shampoo e docciaschiuma, ecc.). Wifi gratis e computer a disposizione per stamparci i biglietti al rientro. Colazione ottima, non milioni di cose ma tutte quelle "fondamentali" (frittata, salsiccette, fagioli, affettati, caffe/te/latte/succhi di frutta, brioches e pane tostato, marmellate, ecc.) c'erano ed erano anche buone. Centro raggiungibile agevolmente a piedi e in pochi minuti di bici (c'è anche il noleggio a pochi passi). Insomma, esperienza assolutamente positiva!

Skønt at daske rundt i en by med afslappet stemning. Og skulle man starte en butik der solgte cykelhjelme,- ku` man godt få succes.! - Ikke EN af de tusinder af cyklister havde hjelm på. (kun en lille observation)!!! Sjovt nok!!!

something sweet and comforting about this place

HFP is like your weird cousin who everyone makes fun of but you secretly like. Good location. Awesome staff. Rooms were fine But I felt good there. Yes...it is a bit of a dump. Yes. It probably was never a really nice hotel. But I felt welcome and safe. As a solo traveler the staff looked out for me, told me how to stay safe and I had a great time in Amsterdam Thanks again falcon plaza! Until we meet again!

Albergo non in zona centrale ma comunque silenzioso. Struttura datata e fatiscente, interessanti solo le camere con vista sul canale. Colazione buona con discreta scelta di prodotti.

Short walk from Dam Square, close to everything

This hotel is only a short walk from Dam Square and all the attractions the city has to offer. Definitely would recommend this hotel and the destination to pretty much anybody

Close to city centre

Good value for money especially if travelling with budget constraints/short trip. I travelled with 2 friends and comfortable for 1 night and 2 day stay.Basic amenities but clean small room and bathroom. Gets very warm in the room on a very sunny day but a fan was available. Good breakfast varieties. Friendly staff.

Hotel close to attractions

My experience of this hotel was a pleasant one, however one of the rooms occupied had a bad smell of sewage which was quite unpleasant for the occupants there, the rooms in general was comfortable and convenient to the majority of the attractions. the cost of the breakfast I thought was a bit pricing but the local McDonalds 10 mins away offered a really good breakfast selection for a fraction of the price, and within that short walk lots of restaurants serving food throughout the day. This hotel was situated in a fairly good area however the graffiti next to the hotel made the hotel and the area it was based looked run down. The banister on the 1st floor was loose

Hôtel indigne d'un 3 étoiles

Séjour début août 2015, en chambre familiale (2 adultes + 2 ados). Point négatifs : Literie déplorable (pas de doute qu'il y ait des ressorts...). Poussière dans tous les coins. WC équipés d'un sanibroyeur = bruit à réveiller tout l'hôtel à chaque utilisation Robinetterie d'une autre époque, là encore très bruyante. Petit déjeuner quelconque, en tout cas pas au niveau d'un 3 étoiles. Points positifs : Personnel aimable Bien situé pour profiter du centre ville très agréable. Pas trop loin de la gare. Possibilité de se garer facilement si on vient en voiture
