日本から母と2人で旅行で伺いました。 アムステルダムから空港行きの列車で向かい、空港からタクシーを使いホテルへ。（タクシー15分€22ほどかかりました。チップ入ってたかも。） アムステルダムからホテルまで行く際、電車を間違えて秘境まで行ってしまいとても困りました…。素直に空港行きの列車に乗れば大丈夫です。空港行き列車は20〜30分に一本出てます。 そして、ホテルの往復バスが無料で23時台まで出ていますので、活用するのが良いと思います。 ホテルはとても綺麗で大きいです。レストランもあります。9階の最上階はスカイバー（DJがいるクラブみたい）があり、部屋は7階でしたが夜は音が部屋まで響いていました。疲れてて気にせず寝てしまいましたが！ 夜チェックインで対応いただいたスタッフさんの対応が冷たく感じました。何度も聞いてわかりました。私は英語が苦手なので煩わしい客だったと思います。英語が話せる方なら問題ないと思います。朝のスタッフさんは笑顔でご対応くださいました。モーニングが美味しかったです。

The first room on day one had a broken bed, the sink leaked and had to be stopped with towels, the electrical box was hanging out of the wall. You can hear the bar till late in the night. The front desk is great. The service in the restaurant is very slow takes 30 minutes to be served. Transportation was great to the airport

The staff were incredible and the overall service in the hotel. All facilities in the hotel are so clean and you get value for your money. Definitely will be booking again

Overall I (my wife and I) liked the hotel totally. One thing is annoying. The shuttle bus needs to have much more space for storing luggage. Afterall, people coming from and going to the airport have luggage with them. And it is very uncomfortable not having enough space for their luggage. Anything else, perfect.

Hotel is nice, our room was clean and spacious we had everything we needed. The pool was relaxing. We had the buffet dinner there at the hotel and it was good. We used the transportation to the airport which was convenient. Overall nice property, would stay here again when visiting Netherlands.

If you are visiting Amsterdam to see the sights the shuttle service from the hotel to the Airport makes travelling by rail simple.

Das Hotel ist neu und chic eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, ruhig und sauber. Weniger gefallen hat mir das Frühstück. Die Auswahl war sehr überschaubar, mit z. B. nur einer Sorte Käse (und es war auch kein leckerer Gouda ;) Durch die Hotelgröße ist viel los, also für die geeignet, die Trubel mögen.

Er was geen prullenbak op de kamer en wij vinden hè heel apart dat je bij je hotel moet betalen voor een parkeerplek op eigen terrein als je daar een overnachting doet. Gelukkig was de receptioniste Ilse die met een oplossing kwam !! Een perfecte oplossing!!!

Very very nice! It was just an overnight with an airport shuttle. Beautiful room after my cramped experience in Lisbon. Would stay there again but it’s no where near Amsterdam city center so I’m no sure what or where restaurants and shopping are in relation to the hotel.

This property while close to airport had expensive, limited dining options. We ate from the convenience store in the lobby. The room started out with the pull out bed not working , they remedied this with a roll away bed. Make sure you ask where they intend to place you in the main hotel or the apartments. This was a bit of a shock. If you have children there really isn’t a lot of privacy leaving the shower.
