Our stay was very positive. A comfortable place for our two-night trip and the surrounding neighbourhood was peaceful and also very central/ well located to go and explore Amsterdam.
Everything about this hotel is wonderful. This was our second stay and it did not disappoint. Breakfast is excellent, the common areas and rooms are beautiful as well as quiet, and staff is so helpful - including helping us recover a laptop accidentally left on the airplane we arrived in Amsterdam on - above and beyond the call of duty. We will stay here every time we are in Amsterdam to visit family. Thank you for a perfect stay.
It has elevator, the rooms were spacious, the staff was really friendly. It has good discounts for some attractions

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Nice big room, location ok, a bit of a walk into centre or on tram so not much of a problem. Breakfast very good. On arrival cut foot on a piece of glass in the room. Apart from that very clean ! Would prefer somewhere bit closer to centre if I was to come again.
The staff were very nice and we really appreciated the ability to drop off our luggage before we could check-in. This hotel in general is in a good location that is close to public transit.
Our particular room was the on the 4th floor close to the roof and there isn't an elevator from the 3rd to the 4th. Luckily we packed light so it wasn't a problem for us.
Beautiful hotel in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to the heart of Amsterdam. The tram stop is a quick walk from the hotel and there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Breakfast buffet was good. Something we were not aware of prior to booking our stay and is not advertised in the listing, the hotel is attached to a dance studio. Our room was right above it, and at times the music was very loud during the day and into the early evening. If you want to have an afternoon rest or you have small children who nap/go to bed early, this may be an issue for you. Our room was lovely and clean when we arrived, however, we did notice that the cleaning staff neglected to remove the old food from the previous guests from the room fridge. The front desk lady seemed quite perturbed when I requested that the fridge be cleaned out because the cleaning staff had already gone home for the day, so she had to be the one to do it. The rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Still a great place to stay and would recommend!
I liked the location, near to tram
and bus links.
If you go for breakfast early it is better, as things tend to quickly run out, and not all are replenished. Staff do try however to accommodate
where possible.
Subittitute pack lunch, good when ordered in advance, but on one occasion only got fruit and a few crackers /water. The reception staff were not understanding when we said the packed lunch did not equate to £12 breakfast paid each. A refund was requested by myself in writing, - this was totally ignored...
Unfortunately at times noise could be heard from the adjoining dance studio, so request a quiet location if this may bother you.
Otherwise the room was nice, especially the balcony area.
Fridge of excellent size, if wanting to store water, etc.
Lovely place! Spacious and well-appointed rooms, delicious and plentiful breakfast, nice neighborhood place away from the bustle of the center of town, easy access to trams and mass transit.
A wonderful stay during our visit to Amsterdam. May 19-22, 2026. Large room, well maintained. Liked having the refrigerator. Great breakfast. Quiet neighborhood setting with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and tram. We were able to get wherever we wanted to go in the city. Staff gave us great directions to use the train and trams from the airport saving us a lot of money. We did have to walk a couple of blocks from tram drop off with our luggage but that was no problem. Will definitely stay here again in another visit to Amsterdam. Just know that the Annex rooms has no elevator but staff helped us with our big suitcases. Appreciated that!
