The balcony door is blocked off. Guides from Roman blinds were broken and no way to adjust the angle. Seals under the shower are gone so you flood the bathroom every time you choose to have a...

Put the heating on straight away and it took about 5 hours to warm up as many of the windows need replacing and two of them are so broken they won't shut. The whole place has a cheap feel, bad bedding, not enough pillows, fridge noisy. I'm glad we only had one night booked. It was fairly clean. Lots of things offered on the website didn't exist, like printer or internet...

"Initial room was unsuitable for our needs, as booked, but thanks to Natalia whose professional outlook actually found a suitable room, our stay was enjoyable although breakfast prices were beyond our budget so we ate offsite . The only thing was was missing in our room was an information booklet regarding site facilities, menus, local amenities etc. and more importantly tv instructions."
