「Having just spent a week with my daughter at this amazing hotel, we cannot praise it enough. Everything was perfect. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and a room upgrade, and the rest of the stay followed suit. Couldn’t fault the facilities and everything was immaculately clean. Really well located in Crete and great front of house staff that were happy to help and provide suggestions. A week of luxury and couldn’t recommend enough! Hoping to return again some day - thank you! 」

「My wife and I had a lovely stay, the concierge at arrival was very polite and helpful and he couldn’t do enough for us, we had everything we needed for our stay in the room, including a safe and air conditioning, the views from our room over the harbour were lovely. My wife and I would most definitely go back there to stay, and I would like to say the staff are a credit to the owners of the apartments as they do a fantastic job and are very friendly and welcoming 」

「Receptionist went well beyond what was required of her to correct a booking error. If the hotel manager reads this, the lady in question, I did not get her name, deserves promotion. Hotel facilities are at least the standard of a good 4 star hotel」

「I cannot sing the praises of the River Suites enough! We had a fantastic week-long stay and everything was perfect. The breakfast was brilliant, bar food was just as good, cocktails were top tier and the pool areas were really quiet, clean and relaxing. Also excellent WiFi wherever you are! Our room led straight out to the smaller pool and it was idyllic. The hotel is also walkable to Agios Nikolaos in under 30 mins if you take the route along the beach path, so you're close enough to so many...

Nous avions une suite très confortable avec un bel extérieur d’environ 80 m2 , intime avec jacuzzi et salon d’extérieur . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! 」
