The hotel is few meters away from Abdali boulevard, and shopping mall, as well as a lot of dining options. Bed is very comfortable, junior suite is spacious. staff are friendly.

Massive room but kitchenette had nothing in it not even a plate or fork?? Generally comfortable but quite dated and tired in places. Breakfast a bit odd. Staff a bit unfriendly. Location is decent given the mall over the road and Ubers make it easy to get anywhere else otherwise you are kind of in the middle of a massive junction. My room was cleaned and tidied beautifully every day though and they found my missing headphones. WiFi wasn’t brilliant for working.

The Hotel is facing the Abdali boulevard , cross the street . junior suite room was spacious . breakfast is acceptable , can be better . parking is free . in general the hotel is new , nice .

This is new hotel at famous Abdali neighborhood. I chose it because of its good location near shopping ans restirants. I was particularity pleased with their staff who went out of their way to provide excellent services. They were very kind in extending my checkout time. Their in-room serviced breakfast was so good and had many items. It was a nice discovery and would recommend it for all.

the junior suit is very nice. breakfast is ok, adding Egg station serving fried eggs and omelet will be an added value to the buffet. keeping the client at the lobby during check out till Mini bar is checked is not a smart idea.

The staff are absolutely wonderful! Our flight was canceled and they easily extended our room. They are friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet is AMAZING! Great selection of arabic staples and your standard eggs, potatoes and fruits. They also will make pancakes on demand. The room was very spacious and with ceiling to floor windows we were entertained watching Amman traffic lights all night and enjoyed panoramic views of the city by day. I would definitely be back here and highly recommend Coral Towers!

- Be careful when you request hotel private car (each reception personnel gives you a different price!) - Breakfast seemed like a 2 star hotel breakfast not 4 - Room had very bad view and hotel refused to change! - Location is good if you're interested in nearby restaurant area and shopping mall (but you need to cross the street - which is not considered safe from my perspective - no traffic light nearby) ...or take a car/ taxi for short trip... - concierge/ doormen were friendly and helpful

No Longer a Good Place to Stay

This hotel is now dated. Our room had carpet that was dirty. Our suite bedroom door was held open by a pillowcase someone had stuffed between the door and frame. Room service botched our order by excluding our children's meals. Then, when I requested the missing items, I was told the food would be delivered within five minutes. Based on what we ordered, I KNEW that was impossible. Of course, our food NEVER came. I had to go to Abdali Mall to get food for my children. I would not recommend staying at this hotel now. It was great a few years ago, but that time has passed. Book your stay elsewhere.

The first day was ok, but on the second day they switched us to a different room and told us they have maintenance to do but the room they got us smells very bad. I had to wait almost 6 hours to get another room. And we got switched to a junior suite but I paid for exclusive suite. And I didn’t get a refund for the difference of the price.

Dommage que dans cette gamme d’hôtel, il y a pas de personnel avec juste un peu de sourire à la place d’un totale respect du client. Chambre très spacieuse et propre mais le miroir de la salle de bain est tout rouillé, ça choque avec le reste Pas un super rapport qualité prix 👎
