Overall good hotel, value for money. Very friendly staff, lovely breakfast, very well located hotel in the center of Amiens. Only downside: the room was a bit dusty and small bed. Anyway i’d fully recommend for a short stay

Godt placeret i forhold til at komme til, og byens seværdigheder. Stort handikap værelse, som ikke var nødvendigt for os. Lidt uhygiejnisk med gulvtæpper. Underligt med 30-40 TV kanaler, alle på fransk.

Een charmant en handig hotel met aardige mensen
De locatie van het hotel is handig, het ontbijt is heel goed, de mensen zijn heel aardig. Het gebouw is niet helemaal gemoderniseerd, dat heeft zowel zijn charmes als zijn nadelen. Onze eerste kamer was heel erg klein, hoewel we voor dezelfde prijs mochten verhuizen naar een veel ruimere kamer, dat hebben we veel gewaardeerd. Jammer dat de kamers geen kluizen hebben of koelkasten of thermostaten.

Disappointing
To start, I'd like to say that the receptionist was very kind and professional. However, this doesn't take away from the fact that we were very disappointed overall with our stay and I found it to be so unacceptable that I feel obligated to leave a review and warn others to stay away. I travelled with my 8-month old baby and my husband. We booked a triple room and were given a triple room on the first floor that was different than the pictures listed on hotels.com. We were given a room on the first floor with a stroller and no elevator. Reception's solution was to leave the stroller out in the open in the courtyard, unguarded the entire night. We chose to fold the stroller up and drag it up the small staircase due to not wanting any damage or theft to occur. Secondly, the room was filthy and generally unkempt. I would have looked past being given a room different than the pictures, but to give us such a dirty room with a baby was appalling. There was water leftover from a previous guest in the water boiler, food and dirt on the table (only place to eat) and damage all over the walls. I immediately told the reception I wanted to leave and wanted a refund as it was not hygienic for my child to stay there. His solution was to give us a new room, which was a bit better but reeked of old cigarettes and had a dirty old towel in the interior window of the bathroom. Overall we did not feel relaxed at all and would not go back nor do we recommend this place.

Just one night here by could have been many more. Very friendly welcome including a five minute explanation of the city’s highlights. Had a walk around the city and a meal at ‘31’ in the St Leu area just north of the cathedral, all 10 minutes from the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Hôtel bien situé dans le centre ville. Très calme, bonne literie, propre sauf le WC qui aurait besoin d'être changé. Un reproche également il nous a été fourni un code erroné pour pouvoir regagner notre chambre en retour tardif.

Bon accueil, bon emplacement, isolation à revoir
Emplacement agréable car en plein centre ville. La personne à l'accueil nous a donné le plan de la ville et expliqué ce que nous pouvions faire. Donc très bon accueil. La critique que j'émettrai : le bruit. Notre chambre était situé au rez de chaussée coté cours donc pas possible d'ouvrir les fenêtres sans être vus par les autres clients. Et surtout très bruyant (on entendait tout ce qui se passé dans l'établissement :les personnes se présenter à l'accueil et les échanges, les voisins de chambres, le bruit des sanitaires d'à coté, et donc nous avons été réveillés très tôt ). Il y a probablement de meilleures chambres au sein de l'établissement. Très bien pour l'emplacement et pour l'accueil du personnel. Par contre, l'isolation est à revoir ainsi que les canalisations qui émettait des odeurs pas très agréables.
