Welcome to our spacious 5-bedroom, 2-bath escape in the heart of American Fork, Utah! Immerse yourself in the charm of American Fork while basking in the luxury of this thoughtfully appointed home. Retire to one of the five cozy bedrooms, each designed for your utmost comfort. Step outside to the private backyard with pergola and gas fire pit, perfect for BBQs and starry nights. For any 5 night reservation or longer, enjoy one free 60 minute in-house massage (message for availability).

Welcome to our inviting 5-bedroom, 2-bath retreat in picturesque American Fork, Utah! Revel in the comfort of our thoughtfully designed home, featuring a master suite with a king bed and ensuite bath for ultimate relaxation. The second and third bedrooms boast plush queen beds, while the fourth offers a full bed with a handy full trundle. The fifth bedroom is perfect for friends or family with two cozy twin beds. Entertain in style in the expansive backyard, complete with a charming pergola, gas fire pit, and BBQ – ideal for al fresco dining and starlit gatherings. Centrally located, you're just moments away from local attractions. Book now for once in a lifetime memories!

We are within a 5 minute walk to the American Fork Recreation Center. It features an amazing Indoor/Outdoor slide with plenty of diving boards for the kids!

There is a sweet family living in the mother-in-law apartment downstairs.

We do have 2 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the road and one at the entrance to the basement suite.
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am

Very nice family home that was clean and located on a quiet dead end street with very little traffic. Check in was perfect and located close to stores and recreation center. The host was prompt to answer and gracious to fulfill several requests including an early check in. Kitchen stocked with the basics and plenty of bath towels. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

We enjoyed our stay here at the house. It was perfect foe our size of family. Distance to BYU was about 13-15 min away. Grocery store was only a few blocks away. The beds were comfortable. We do suggest adding one more TV, maybe in the master room or one upstairs. That was only complaint. It was a nice house in a quite neighborhood.
