"Hotel thinks it’s in the middle of everything when nothing is around. They tease decent rates and nickel and dime the whole time there. Beautiful property that has a horrible housekeeping staff and rude employees. If you want to be an upscale hotel charge the room price accordingly. If you want to be a mid tier get rid of the nickel and dime. I have now stayed here twice and while the rooms are beautiful, everything else about the hotel is lackluster at best. "

"This hotel was OK. It’s older and a bit rundown. I paid the premium price because it was during the rodeo. It definitely was not worth that price, but it was convenient. It’s doable for a place to sleep, but definitely not luxurious. "

"ThI lobby is beautiful and the staff are amazing. When I was waiting to check in several people commented how nice the lobby is. The room and hallways weren’t very nice. There were a lot of, not broken but damaged sprinkler heads, exit signs and ceiling tiles in the hallways. My room’s A/C went out and didn’t blow all night. Sleeping was miserable. I believe that some of the advertising for the hotel needs to be updated. It said that there was a continental breakfast. There wasn’t one that I saw. There was a $19 per person breakfast buffet that was available. It also said that parking was available at the hotel. There was parking for $40 a car per night. But the location was great. We were able to walk to NRG park for the rodeo. So that’s awesome. Would I stay here again? Maybe if I was going to the rodeo. You can’t be the location. Hopefully the A/C will work next time. "

"Ice my stay at this hotel was horrible. Let’s start off with the false advertisement with the outdated pictures on Hotels.com. It does not look anything like that. Upon arrival we were giving a room and entering the room it’s stunk so bad my sister gagged and almost threw up we had to go downstairs to request another room and that room didn’t smell up to park either, but it was better than the first room. The first room covers had stains on them. The second room bed set had stains on them. That is why I went downstairs to ask for the housekeeping to come and change the sheets on the bed we were told we cannot get housekeeping up there that we will have to change the beds ourselves that was strike one strike two is when they never did come up until the third day to clean the room and we ran out of washcloths and dry off towels. The first night when we ran out of washcloths, my sister went downstairs to request some more. She was told that there wasn’t any now; what hotel do you know don’t have washcloths? That made us have to go buy wash cloths from Walmart along with cleaning supplies because the room stinks so bad and it was not cleaned up to part then one night we ran out of towels so the next morning I went down to the front desk to ask for towels and the front desk person tells me I have to bring down the dirty towels in order to get some new towels. I’m not a maid for hotel 6. Overall do not stay here if you like cleanliness and fresh air. It’s dirty A.F "
