「The hotel was in a fabulous setting in an old monastery. Notwithstanding its age, it had been modernised sympathetically and had the benefit of historical features with the comforts of modern age. We have stayed with Parador hotels before in Salamanca and feel they offer great value for money.」

「El Parador es una auténtica maravilla. La cama, una de las mejores en las que he dormido, COMODÍSIMA. Buen servicio, buen restaurante. La única pega está en el cuarto de baño, al menos en la habitación que nos tocó. Aunque uno tenga sus preferencias, es normal encontrar una bañera en vez de un plato de ducha. 「The owners were exceptionally polite. The beds were so very comfortable. The bar and restaurant were terrific. We felt very welcome. There was a little language barrier but using translator with them worked perfectly. We wanted to see the real parts of Spain, this was the adventure we wanted. I recommend renting car and travel the differ cities. This hotel is definitely a 10.」
