"Great hotel and lovely staff "

"Our family of five had a great stay at the hotel! The hotel itself was lovely, and the staff were very accommodating, which made a real difference. The interconnecting room setup was perfect for our family, providing the space and convenience we needed. However, we did find the rooms rather small. At over £400 per night, we felt the size didn't quite match the price point, and a slightly larger room would have been appreciated. The pool area, while fun, can get very busy very quickly. We also noticed that there seemed to be a shortage of sunbeds to accommodate all the guests. Despite the minor issues with room size and pool capacity, we still had a wonderful and memorable family stay. "

"A delightful stay. We loved all the choices for sun loungers, from around the pool, to seating overlooking the beach and on the beach itself. The breakfast was one of the best and from 7.30 to 11.00, and with unlimited barista coffees both hot and iced, was a great start to the day. The pool was never crowded, and a top infinity pool. The beach is also special, uncrowded and with a sandy bottom you don't need rock shoes. Thanks to the amazing team who work hard to make this a very special place."

"A really pleasant hotel with amazing staff. We had a private pool and it was lovely for the kids to be able to dip in and out. The overall hotel facilities were good, the pool and beach bar were good. Having a small beach effectively to ourselves was also great. It's reasonably good for snorkelling. The food was very good and plenty of variety on offer. The only thing I did not like was that the property is some distance from a shopping area, so would suggest a car to people. Although there are plenty of trips and tours arranged by the excellent concierge at the hotel."

"We so enjoyed our stay at the villa for a number of very good reasons:Its location - a quite cul de sac but 50 yards from the bus stop with regular buses to Zykanthos Town and nearly Tsilivi. The local supermarket was just 100 years away and three very good restaurants in walking distance.Cleanliness - spotlessly clean with Esmeralda doing a great job daily (not Sundays) in changing towels and doing washing up on the odd occasion that we hadn’t cleaned glasses from the night before.The set up - we were two couples and so used both buildings so that we each had our own bathrooms but equally the main villa could take a family with twin beds in the second bedroom and the villa capable of having an additional child too.The pool - it’s not large but again was spotless and certainly big enough for the four of us! And the hot tub too!!The sun roof - a great Cabana and a superb place to while away your evening playing games, drinking and basically having a great time!Hospitality - we use villas at least once a year and we have NEVER had such fantastic hospitality and such an attentive owner in Irini. She and her family live next door and was on call all the time without being in your face. A really five star owner! Thank you Irini for making our week so special!"
