Was told that I only needed to message them if we needed something & we asked for extra towels at start of our stay & never got them. TV didn’t work & again reached out to...

"Firstly took us 1.5 hrs to get checked in they charged us 2 times went to the pool and was closed then re opened for them to say that we needed swimming hats but the shop was closed till 430 so 1 hrs after we got there 2 little children just staring at the water and crying because they wanted to go in the water"
