「The property was okay. It could use some TLC. In the bathroom, the towel holders and toilet paper holders are not attached very well to the wall. The baseboards are very dusty. The cabinets are dated throughout the entire house. The doors have stains on them, and any extra linen is thrown up on the shelving in the closet. 「Clean, nicely furnished, and fully equipped for daily living, this home is located in the heart of The Villages. It sits just two blocks from a main road—offering easy access to the multi-use golf cart, bike, and walking trails—and is only two miles from a major shopping strip.」

「We chose this home for our stay in Leesburg for it’s location to my husband’s disc golf courses. The location turned out to be perfect so we didn’t have a long drive to either of the courses. The house is old but has some updates, the kitchen could have had more silverware and knives but met our needs. We wanted to use the grill but it was pretty dirty so we skipped grilling while there. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe in the area. Check in and out was easy.」

There were a couple things that I think could improve the rental: The large fridge did not work, but luckily the small one took care of that. However the description of the outside, front and backyard needs to be more accurate, it’s not inviting, no curve appeal. The location is on a main street a 20-30min walk to the downtown attractions however is a 5-10 minute drive with ample available parking. Communication with staff was friendly and responsive.」
