「Everything was perfect. It was our home base as we visited our son, went to a pickleball competition, Frederick Meijer Gardens. It was quiet for our dog and our daughter was able to come up and stay. Our adult children love coming and spending time, swimming and having s'mores and hot dogs around the fire pit. 「Communication with property manager was amazing. The outdoor grill was broken and Wally responded quickly and replaced the grill that day.The river was fun for tubing and if you love to fly fish we left a big brown trout there for you.We were disappointed that the outdoor balcony was under construction and we could enjoy our drinks overlooking the river. But, we enjoyed the patio and plenty of chairs to relax outside. 」

「Great stay. I love that you have to be in the fenced in area before you go inside the home. This way if your dogs slip outside they are in the fenced in area and can’t run off. Love that there is everything you need plus you are only 15 minutes away from Grand Rapids. Thank you for having toys for the dogs as well, nice touch! 」

「We really enjoyed our stay at the castle; it worked out very well for our family of nine. It was so nice to have the laundry there and the view was great with it being on the 11th floor. Sleeping arrangements worked well and having 2 bathrooms was so convenient. There was an issue with the lock/doorknob upon arrival and Mitten was very attentive, even sending a maintenance worker to help solve the problem later at night. We would for sure consider staying again the next time we are in Michigan.」

「We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was conveniently located to where we needed to go. It was very clean and smelled nice. The shower has amazing water pressure, and the large shower head made it feel like I was getting a nice message. I also liked the large gas stove. There were several items that could be used if you forgot something. (Toiletries, condiments, spices, etc.)Two very small things though. The ceiling on the stairs is very low. This is mentioned in the check-in guide, however...
