"1990's decor in the room,up dated bathroom, huge wardrobes. No luggage racks,except for a small cut out. Once again we had to improvise. Bed's comfortable. Parking off road awesome, breakfast ok,staff were a little tired and weren't helpful as they tried to close well before 11oclock. Obviously not happy with people on holiday when they weren't. Front counter staff helpful and very accommodating. Casino was clean and fun."

"This is a hidden gem. A car is essential as the hotel is in a very pretty but rural area with no other facilities. However the hotel is absolutely first class, the rooms are spacious, airy and well appointed. The hotel restaurant is brilliant with a great selection of local dishes and on Saturday and Sunday a quaint small bar at the front of the hotel where you can sit and watch the occasional cyclist or car go by. "This hotel is a gem. 5 minute walk from the central train station, 10 minure walk from the city center, and right across from the main bus stops. It's incredibly quiet and clean. The staff is kind, warm, and attentive. Our room was simple but incredibly clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bathroom needed some remodeling but it was not an issue for us since it was perfectly clean. The breakfast buffet was INCREDIBLE. Tea, coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate AND cookies are available to the guests in the dining room 24 hours a day at no additional cost. After we checked out at 11am, they kept our luggages for free in the office until 3:30pm, so we could walk around the city without worrying about carrying them around. Best choice ever!"

"Would stay here again. The staff is excellent—professional and helpful, especially Filippini at the front desk, and Tommy “the King of breakfast.” Breakfast buffet was outstanding and well worth the price. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room and facility was b very clean and well-maintained. Room had a few quirks like poorly distributed outlets, but overall our stay was outstanding. We are traveling all over Italy and Paris and this was a great value for the price. "
