Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Der Gastgeber hat eine andere Ferienwohnung zur Verfügung gestellt, als die nach Bewerbung angezeigte und nach Vertrag gebuchte. Das war willkürlich und nicht den Bedingungen entsprechend. Gebucht - Unterkunft in Waldstraße 18 zur Verfügung gestellt Ferienwohnung im Platanenweg 5. Da wir bereits in Darmstadt waren und angereist sind, war eine Klärung vor Ort nicht mehr möglich. Das ist schlicht Vertragsbruch - habe ich so noch nie erlebt.
