「This home was charming and perfect for our days in Alnwick. The location was outstanding. 2 minutes from the bus station and grocery store made life so easy. The lounge and kitchen were spacious and gave us lots of space to spread out. Our kids had a blast playing foosball. The beds were comfortable and there was enough wardrobe space. It would have been helpful to have a few more supplies of extra towels and bathroom essentials. Alnwick is the most delightful city to visit. The castle has...

Location is first class as we had lots of activities planned in Alnwick. Really nice to dump the car and walk everywhere. Delighted we finally got to celebrate special birthdays after covid. 「Comfortable and cosy with plenty of space for 6 adults to relax and enjoy the cottage. Great to have parking for more than one car at the rear though a bit of a squeeze in the spot at the front with today’s larger SUVs. Can’t beat the location! Always plenty to watch from the window or sitting outside in the garden and a lovely walk to Dunstanburgh Castle from the village. Buy locally smoked kippers and eat at the Jolly Fisherman- we really enjoyed our stay.」

「Great communication from the property owner from the start. What a lovely house.. lots of space for us all (6 adults and one teen) - we particularly enjoyed the open fire in the sitting room as it was pretty chilly during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the extra fridge / freezer was perfect as we were cooking here on Christmas Day! A slight hiccup with the heating before arrival but the property owner was in contact immediately and did everything possible to rectify...
