Could not have been happier with our stay. The owner Rocco and team provided excellent customer service. The rooms clean and comfortable. Variety of food at dinner was very good. Convenient location to sightseeing. It is a quaint hotel so if you want fancy go somewhere else but if you want a wonderful Italian local feel this is the best place.

Excellent choice for a trip to San Pellegrino Terme and Bergamo. Breakfast is bit limited fo the price. Hotel restaurant quality vs price is average.

Sin comentarios..., habitaciones arcaicas, frías y con ninguna comodidad. Televisión del tamaño de un monitor estandar de ordenador...., el parking...mejor ir al supermercado de enfrente. El desayuno...tómalo en otro sitio.

Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert, in der Nacht muss man das Fenster (hin zur Hauptstrasse!) offen lassen. Der hoteleigene Garagenstellplatz für das Auto war eine Zumutung. Fortgehen und Heimkommen nach 22h ist gefährlich, Schlüssel sperrt nicht auf, man muss Glück haben dass Personal noch da ist. Leckeres, karges, günstiges Frühstück (ein Kipferl und ein Cappuccino) für 3€. Personal versteht "Gastfreundlichkeit" anders.

dispiace non aver soddisfatto le sue aspettative per il soggiorno presso di noi, purtroppo Lei ha richiesto una camera standart priva di climatizzazione,l'ingresso notturno funziona benissimo, inoltre fino a mezzanotte c'è sempre aperto l'ingresso principale attrezzato di citofono per eventuali disguidi.Nel ringraziarla per la recensione , saluto cordialmente.

climatisation démarre fin après midi et impossible de l’arrêter ni de la régler du coup elle tourne toute la nuit et elle est très bruyante. pas de rideaux aux fenêtres donc réveil très très très tôt. ménage pas fait dans la chambre pendant notre séjour. pas de téléphone dans la chambre .

Muy buen precio en esta area; habitacion muy limpio. Parada de bus al frente del hotel. El conserje nos ayudo en conseguir transporte al aeropuerto, muy temprano por la mañana, y llegamos a tiempo (solo 22 minutos del Aeropuerto Orio al Serio de Bergamo

Customer service at its finest!
The service was amazing, our plane was delayed by 2 hours and the man (sorry can't remember his name) still came to pick us up even though it was 2am. He was very kind and acted like it was no problem at all. As we were travelling by bus the location wasn't ideal as buses were infrequent, although this may have been because but it was a Saturday. If travelling by car it would have been nice problem at all. The room was great and we even got toiletries. Great black out blinds too! A wonderful overnight stop on our journey to Lake Como!

In questa occasione avevamo impegni prevalentemente a Milano. La posizione dell'albergo e l'area circostante meritano anche un soggiorno dedicato alla natura e trekking.
