Good hotel with delicious breakfast. Location is ok. Replace your 10cent Narodnyi toilet papers. You can't have sand paper in 150 dollar room, don't be that cheap!!

The best place to stay for people visiting Almaty.

My stay at Ramada was great. They let me keep the executive room when I extended my stay and the staff was always very cooperative with whatever I needed. The local area and the space where the hotel is very safe and clean, The city center isn't far from here and it has some great restaurants around too.

Wonderful

They were able to accommodate our early arrival since we had an early flight and another flight later that day. The spa services were fantastic. The food was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again.

시설은 좋음, 직원들 서비스는 완전 꽝!

시설이나 음식에 있어서는 가격대비 만족합니다. 단 직원들 서비스는 영 아닙니다. 밤에 아이가 아파서 오바이트를 했는데 패널티를 20,000(한화 60,000원)팅게를 부과하더라구요! 그리고 무엇을 하던 돈을 자꾸 요구해요! 지하에 있는 맛사지를 받았는데 체크아웃할때 계산한다고 했는데 직원은 계속 현금을 요구하고 계속 초인종을 누르고 암트 직원들 서비스는 진짜 꽝 입니다.

Allergy concerns at the restaurant

The hotel is a beautiful building, and my room was large, clean, and super comfortable. The hotel restaurant was not as pleasant of an experience though. I have a nut/almond allergy and, even though it was not listed on the menu, they served a side dish of broccoli with almonds. I tried to pick the almonds out, and eat around it, and I began to have an allergic reaction, so I stopped eating. When I tried to explain to the servers that the menu should say if there are nuts, he kind of nodded his head but did nothing to apologize, and they still made me pay for the side dish I wasn't able to eat. There may have been a language barrier, but I was very frustrated with the experience.

Great hotel

Its a very good hotel near the downtown area, walking distance of an Indian restaurant. The hotel is very clean and the concierge desk was super helpful. We had an early morning flight and they packed us vegetarian breakfast at 5.15 in the morning

High level, free, safe. Very tasty food. Everything I wanted was done. Very nice and helpfull Staff. A good base for your stay in Almaty. Almost everywhere I walked, that was my intention. For those who do not like to walk a little long distances.

pity the heating wasn't working in the whole hotel, as it become colder in the evenings. So the hotel organised a heater for the room, fast service. Unfortunately very limited choice in beer (only 1), they said every day new delivery tomorrow and that went on for my entire visit puff a week. overall great hotel good service, good mix of food choices.

Nice quiet hotel with massive rooms

The hotel is clean and the rooms are massive, it was very quiet which suited me as I needed to carry out some work and sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful.
