The house is spread over two levels, with a ground floor and a first floor: You will find a suite on the ground floor, a second suite on the first floor, as well as two additional bedrooms sharing a common bathroom. The living spaces are bright and welcoming thanks to a large open-plan kitchen overlooking the lounge, extended by large bay windows opening directly onto the garden.



Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant garden with a private swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on sunny days. An outdoor dining area with a barbecue is at your disposal for sharing convivial meals in the open air, and a ping-pong table will enliven your afternoons. The garage, for its part, is fitted out to accommodate a washing machine and a tumble dryer, to offer you practical comfort on a daily basis.
