Greetings. Please kindly take a close look at the location of the Villa and note the following:

- The Villa is not easy walking distance to the beach or to Lisbon.

- It is well served by Uber (and Uber Eats).

- You’ll need wheels to get everywhere, except for the following walkable amenities:

o a large Pingo Doce supermarket
o Capuchinos, a local traditional charcoal grill restaurant.
o a Crowne Plaza resort hotel with spa, gym, golf and an indoor pool (day passes available)
o the historic Convent dos Capuchos
o a spectacular Mirador sunset viewpoint
o a clifftop hiking trail with a 4km path to the beach
o a brand new friendly brunch spot
