The kitchen is a culinary delight with modern appliances and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare a homemade meal. From here, you can step onto the balcony, where a small patio awaits—ideal for enjoying morning coffee or an evening read amidst the fresh sea breeze.

Rest peacefully in one of two bedrooms: the first features two single beds, perfect for friends or family, while the second offers a cozy double bed ideal for couples. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathroom adds a touch of artistic charm with its unique design, complemented by a walk-in shower and fresh towels for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A bright and comfortable apartment in Costa da Caparica, just minutes from the beach and the scenic seaside promenade. Guests can enjoy sunbathing, surfing, and coastal walks, as well as nearby cafés, restaurants, and local markets. With easy access to Lisbon city center, it’s an ideal base for combining beach relaxation with cultural and urban experiences.

The nearest public transport stop is the Fonte da Telha / AV General Humberto Delgado bus stop, which is just a 5–8 minute walk from the property, serving several local bus routes connecting Costa da Caparica to Lisbon and surrounding areas.

There is no direct train station in Costa da Caparica itself — the nearest major train connection is at Pragal station (Fertagus line), which can be reached by bus from Costa da Caparica in approximately 30–40 minutes, and from there you can connect to Lisbon’s train and metro network.

Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS) is about a 20–25 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
