Gite in the owner's House. 1st floor (independent entrance level access via 3 steps): living room, kitchen corner living room (1 sofa bed 2 pers.), Wifi connection, 1 bedroom (1 bed 2 pers.), bathroom (shower). Terrace garden. Land in common. Common gaming (foosball) space. Ski the Sambuy/Seythenex 25 km, the seizures/domain space diamond 33 km, Arêches - Beaufort 31km. Cross-country skiing Val Tamié 21km. Swimming pool + ice rink Albertville. Ste Helene sur Isere waterbody. Mazot renovated 19th century located 8km from Albertville and 25km from the slopes. On the top of a small southern exposed village, at the foot of the massif des Bauges, dominating the Valley. Beautiful environment of meadows and forests. Sector very quiet. Good comfort. Nice and charming. Spacious and bright room. Beautiful terrace and garden private garden, landscaped and flowered. Panoramic view on the hamlets and beds. Gîte located 8km from Albertville, famous Olympic city with its medieval town of Conflans. At the foot of the Bauges Regional Natural Park, privileged location between Savoie and Haute-Savoie to discover the region, its various massifs (Beaufortain, Val d'Arly, Belledonne) and family ski resorts (La Sambuy/Seythenex, ideal for children 25km, Arêches-Beaufort 31km, Les Saisies 33km) and internationally renowned (Méribel, Courchevel en Tarentaise). Cross-country ski trails in Val Tamié, a preserved and beautiful valley. Nearby, the Abbaye de Tamié, a magnificent 12th century monastery, still in operation with its production of the eponymous cheese. Swimming pool in Albertville and 11km away, Ugine aquatic and fun center equipped with a well-being area. Several bodies of water nearby. At 28km, beach of Lake Annecy, nicknamed "blue lake" famous for the purity of its waters. An ideal destination for cyclists and hikers!
