"Stayed for one night before flying abroad. Room was clean and functional for our purposes, staff were friendly and efficient, although initially the room we were initially given was changed, supposedly due to a computer error ( I suspect more likely due to the room being booked through the Hotels app rather than directly with hotel) but couldn't say whether the new room was better or worse than the one provided eventually. Price for the room was expensive, as were most of the surrounding hotels, for all the time we stayed in it. Didn't take the breakfast as we were going to the airport very early in the morning. Convenient location with a free shuttle to the airport. Decent enough but the price did rankle somewhat..."

"So paid for breakfast both nights but my flight was changed for the second morning so could not get breakfast as too early to check out? The guy behind the desk said no problem and we can’t give you your money back but I will have a packed breakfast made for you both and leave outside your door so you can take with you! Well no breakfast and the guy on the check out desk did not have a clue about it! So 50 pounds for two breakfasts was well worth it NOT Hotel was very nice though"
