「The cabin is beautifully situated on a hill with stunning views on Loch Long. No other noise than the little streams, wind and birds. The cabin is dog friendly, comfortable, spacious, tastfully decorated and well equiped. The owners provided a warm welcome and came to meet us for a chat just before we left. 「Its just exactly as advertised. Four on-suite double bedrooms and another room that comfortably has a double bed. Spectacular views over the Loch, seen an otter one morning going about its business just by the shore next to the house. House very well equipped and clean, great showers and a bath in the downstairs double room. So much to see and do around the area, property is in a woodland with walks marked out. Just cant recomend this holiday home enouhg. 」

「We spent a wonderful week in Moriston Cottage despite the rain. Everything was very clean and the cottage is very well equipped, we had everything we needed. There is everything in the kitchen if you want to cook and lots of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The beds are very comfortable. 「A great vacation despite the cool weather in June. We looked forward to this beautiful house after hiking or riding our motorcycles. Fantastic beds, much better than in most of the hotels I have stayed. We will definetly come back.」

「Had a lovely stay in Shiskine! The only thing I worried about was the proximity to the road but so few cars drove by, especially at night, that it is no problem at all. Peaceful and quiet. The tiny house/pod is just as promised in the pictures. I had a fantastic time exploring the surroundings of the lighthouse and of course all the beaches nearby. The beach below the property was basically a private one (in October), as I only saw a couple of other people once.」

「The location is wonderful, but that’s all the property has going for it. I have never stayed in such a dirty house. I had to clean the downstairs windows, so we could see the view. Mould in both bathrooms. Hairs on bathroom walls and dirt. The kitchen is filthy. Front garden fill with weeds. The whole house was dirty. Not a clean picture or mirror in the whole house. Avoid at all costs. One of beds smelled of sweat. I really don’t know how the owner gets away renting it out. I did speak to owner...
