Right in the curve of the expressway, but traffic noise didn't disturb us. Perfect place for our dog. Very comfortable bed, room was very clean & comfortable. No restaurants in walking distance

We booked a room at Red Roof in Allentown on Movarian because of an impending blizzard this past Jan ‘26. We have a cat and most motels won’t accept cats. As we entered the motel it had a heavy odor of curry in the lobby, also down the hallway and very heavy smell of curry in our room. We would’ve left at that point but the freezing rain caused us to stay plus I had a room deodorizer which helped. The room was clean. They don’t offer breakfast but they have free coffee 24/7 and a vending machine. If you use the vending machine you have to be careful. It’s packed with outdated and stale buns and candy. I had gotten 3 different buns and 3 different types of candy. All candy had expired April 2025 and the buns expired Aug 2025, but when I took them to the front desk a woman came out from behind the counter with one of the candy bars telling me the date on the candy says 2026 and kept arguing with me until the manager came over, looked at what I had gotten out of the machine and gave me back my money. With the woman still the date says 2026. The date couldn’t have been any clearer it was stamped in bold ink expires 2025. So if you go there make sure you like curry and bring your own snacks.
