"The property was even better than we expected when we got there. It was a perfect spot to retreat. My two boys enjoyed taking the kayaks out and exploring the lake. It was a beautiful setting. Just far enough away from town for peace and quiet but not too far for groceries and supplies."

"We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed. Great location...just a short walk into the town of Hot Springs. We spent a lot of time sitting on the porch...watching the mist roll over the mountains in the distance, and at night we could see the lightning bug show."

"This was a wonderful, romantic, relaxing place to stay. Loved being in the hot tub with the creek flowing right near the cabin. Very clean and had all the amenities of home. We thoroughly enjoyed it and the hostess was amazing. We will go back there in the future."

"This cabin exceeded our expectations and is more beautiful in person than the photos suggest. The craftsmanship throughout the home is incredible and exceptionally well maintained.The covered wraparound porch quickly became our favorite place to spend time. There was plenty of comfortable seating to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the river, and we ate almost every meal at the outdoor dining table. We also loved the mounted Boss Toss game and the hot tub is great!The river access is what truly sets this property apart. We brought our own floating dock, which we tied off along the riverbank for our entire stay, as well as our tubes and kayak. We were able to put in at the nearby park access, float right back to the cabin. Inside, everything was spotless and thoughtfully furnished. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and having the outdoor grill made dinners easy. The covered parking was another feature we really appreciated.The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The upstairs suite was wonderful, with its own private covered porch overlooking the river. I enjoyed my morning coffee there while watching the river flow by. Rather than feeling like a vacation rental, it felt like staying in the home of a friend or family member who had thoughtfully anticipated everything you might need. LeAnn was an exceptional host, friendly, responsive, and wonderful to work with from beginning to end."
