The house offers three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds (160 cm) and one with

bunk beds, perfect for children, ensuring restful nights for all. A modern bathroom with a

walk-in shower and toilet completes the layout. There is an additional bathroom (toilet and

sink) in the living area.



Bed linen and towels are available upon request for an additional fee and should be arranged

in advance through the concierge service.



Step outside onto a terrace, ideal for outdoor dining or enjoying a morning coffee while taking

in the stunning views of the surrounding nature. The enclosed 4,000 m² garden provides a

peaceful retreat, featuring a large swimming pool (12 x 5 m), open from mid-May to mid-

September, and a jacuzzi. (The jacuzzi water is changed after each departure and may take up

to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature.)
