Eddy's Beach House

Eddy's beach house is a beautiful and welcoming home that has been for 20 years. My family and I have been escaping to this oasis for 20 plus years, enjoying breathtaking views and the laid-back energy of the islands. The home is fully equipped with all essentials needed to ensure your time in our home is fully enjoyable. The home has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The home is equipped with a full kitchen. The dining room has seating or 8 with the adjacent french doors leading to the beachfront patio. The home has its own beach with beach chairs and umbrellas.



The house also has a 3rd bedroom which can be rented upon request at a $100/day rate plus an additional $50 cleaning fee. The room has a full-size bed and a futon which sleeps 3 additional guests total.

Great Place to stay while on the Island

Family trip for a week

We loved the property. We had everything we needed. The house was perfect with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The dock is fabulous. We saw stingrays in the early morning hours. Neighbors are friendly. We felt right at home. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking your meals.

Paradise

We absolutely loved your house in Bimini. House was super clean.The beds are very comfortable. Rosy answered every question that I had right away. Being directly on the beach was the best part of all. I absolutely will stay here again in the near future. The covered dock was a nice bonus. I could sit there and look at that beautiful blue water all day long. I highly recommend Eddie’s beach house.

Relaxing

The house exceeded our expectation! Set on the bay side of Bimini with a dock and natural landscaping. The bedrooms and bathrooms were as pictured. To be honest this was exactly what the doctor ordered. I cant wait to return.

Beautiful

The view was great. The dock is where we spent most of our time spottong sharks and stingrays (do not swim in the water on this side of islamd) advise from locals. Fishing poles came in handy (did not catch anything) Had a great time. Will come back. You do need a golf cart

Convenient

Boat dock was very convenient but not very private. It was used by many locals. The town was a little trashy and run down. Needed a golf cart to get around. It Was a little hard to find food in the stores. Other than that the water was beautiful and the hOuse was comfortable but could use a good cleaning.

Absolutely Awesome

Our first time crossing from FL. Great ride. The location is awesome. Just off main channel with easy access to all the blue water you can stand. Terrific food in the area. House was outstanding. A/C was VERY NICE! Everything we needed aside from actual food, which was a 5 minute walk away to the grocery store. Onsite private dock was perfect for our 30' boat. You can swim and snorkel right from dock. Quick boat trips to all the great snorkeling locations. We had great discussions with the owner Mrs Rosy. She made everything perfect for us. Thank you so much Mrs Rosy for an amazing first time Bahamas Family Trip.

The only place to stay on North Bimini

The cottage itself boasts spacious and well-appointed interiors that effortlessly blend modern amenities. The rooms are airy, offering both comfort and a sense of openness that enhances the vacation experience. Each bedroom was decorated to ensure guests feel at home, with plush bedding and visually inviting décor. The kitchen was great to work in and supplied all the needed amities. The living room was large and comfortable, but to be honest we spent our time out on the patio or the dock. The standout feature of this property is its stunning dockage. We enjoyed just sitting and watching the boats in the bay and the fish around the dock, the facilities here exceed expectations. Overall, this cottage in Bimini is flawless. It offers a perfect getaway. Thanks again for all your help Rosa!!!

Such a beautiful property, the perks of a private boat dock, grilled our fresh catch right behind the house and our hosts were amazing and provided every recommendation and resource to make the trip smooth.

Most excellent stay!

This house has been wonderful the last two trips we have stayed. It is in the heart of north Bimini with the locals. Which makes it even more wonderful! Can't imagine staying anywhere else.

Most Perfect Vacation!

House was well accommodated and clean. We loved sitting on the deck over the water and watching the boats go by when we were not using ours. We will definitely be renting this house again!

The property is in a great location close to many hot spots. The boat ramp was perfect for our vessel. We had some mishaps but overall the house is good and we had a great time.

First off I’ll say this is my second visit in 2 months. Should be a good start for a reason to trust Rosa and this beautiful home for your stay. An incredible and respectful host with a shared desire for your trip to be the most memorable experience. Great location whether arriving by boat or plane or cruise. Having come by private boat, blocks from Bimini Big game, check in and everything was amazingly simply. Nate’s Bimini Bread and two local groceries in case you forgot something. Great place and definitely will be returning!

2nd trip at Eddie’s beach house

Our second trip to Eddie’s beach house was a success. Rosa helped us find golf carts when the whole island was sold out. The house/dock was perfect again for us. Looking forward to our 3rd trip back next year.

Best of all worlds!

Great place to stay! We came with a 30 ft boat and it was easy in and easy out. Convenient that they have a golf cart to rent and the dock is included with the house! Will definitely be coming to stay here next year! Mini splits in all rooms makes it comfortable for everyone’s preferences! I felt like it was home away from home!

Amazing

Such a beautiful place at a great price. Love the convenience of the dock. Half the price of the Hilton and twice as nice. Wish i would of stayed the whole week. Rosa was very helful and very responsive.
