Good afternoon EuniceI'm sorry for your loss.Though I'm a little confused with your comments and review.You actually stayed with us last night, Monday 26th February. I even spoke to you as you were leaving your room on one occasion.If, as you state, every other hotel and airline refunded you I'm not sure how you were here and not back in Toronto.I'm more than happy to discuss and clarify this matter further with you.regards
